I purchased this strip to install along the sides of my exterior door to stop air from coming in, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. The adhesive is strong and sticks securely, making installation quick and hassle-free. Once applied, it stayed firmly in place without peeling or shifting. The difference was noticeable right away. It created a tight seal that effectively blocked cold drafts and improved insulation around the door. Easy to cut, and to install. It came with wipes to clean the area that I was adhering to. The adhesive seems to be good. It looks good, and seems to be helping with draft from the gap.

You could see daylight through my front door. Because of the gaps it was impossible to heat or cool the room. I lined the door with this and it was a 100% improvement and no more drafts. It was easy to cut and simple to put all the way around the door. I recommend this to anyone who needs a seal around the door. Its not flimsy at all it is very sturdy material. It is a great price. I had enough to do both front and back door all the way around and I had some left over and my mom was able to seal the draft at the bottom of her door. It will fit any door or window. I would definitely purchase this again

It is easy to install, but the glue doesn’t hold after a while if you have it drag and put a lot of pressure on the glue part for a while. Otherwise I really like it! It’s very sturdy, thick, it works well to keep air and rodents out, it and the size runs a bit larger than I thought it would. Otherwise a great value!

This old house has external doors that do not fit squarely in the frames anymore, so a semi-permanent fix has become a yearly thing. My efforts to fill the gaps have been repeatedly short lived. I think this will be a better solution, as in long term, to cover the gaps from the interior space and not the spaces between the doors and frames. I purchased two rolls and the 40 feet of silicone stripping have been placed. The included surface prep pads were not used; I prefer a 91% isopropyl alcohol rub and installed the sticky side to the steel doors. The result was immediate, no air leaks, and the adhesive is so strong the "cling" was an effort to pull off when I made an error in placement. A side benefit of translucency is that it's nearly clear when installed. My guests don't notice them unless they brush against them when using the doors. One asked why the door felt "feathery"!

Product sealed my windows and prevented drafting. It was difficult to install due to the backing almost impossible to peal off without pulling the adhesive from the silicone. I like how it fits you could leave it year round but I switched to tape for a tighter seal. I don’t recommend using this because once you take it off the adhesive sticks to the window frame still and you have to scrap it off!

This is a game changer. I run doggie day care and with a narrow hallway it’s easiest to leave the main door open. However our screen door kept getting more breezy by the year. This is holding up beautifully. It raised the temp near the door to the house temp and even created a bit of a vacuum effect, making the door more effort to open (a plus when you have dogs just popping the latch to leave the house sometimes!) Our 4 yo can still open and close the door so it’s just a mild effect. It’s been up for an entire New England winter, including a Blizzard and below freezing month! It’s got stick!

Works as advertised. Applies easily and blocks the draft around my door. The adhesive seems to stick well. Long term durability remains to be seen, but I’m optimistic. The plastic is silicone so it’s very soft if you brush against it and will not scratch you.
