Great looking shower head with a great flow. Hopefully it will control limescale and soften the water

I was worried mostly about the water pressure due to other reviews. If the water comes from a proper boiler with good amount of pressure, this shower head is perfect. The spray is strong, yet soft due to the layout and design of the holes. However, if you have one of those electric showers, then the pressure may be too low. You can put it upside down or sideways, pressure is always strong, but it feels like the water is petting you gently yet firm. I can't yet say too much about the filter, but it seems good. Apart from it being better for hair and skin, I want to avoid additional residue to remain from hard water. My old shower was alwas clogged and the shower wall is always stained from the hard water.

Amazing. Feels justs like the natural water in African countries (nice and pure) the water pressure isn’t bad. very easy to assemble. Although i haven’t tried to replace the filter just yet. I haven’t noticed if it has different settings. Good and sturdy weight. Would be nice if they sold a suction holder to match and hang.

Return window is only one month. I was 2 days too late where I noticed a crack at the bottom of the plastic handle, water is streaming out of it! I was not able to contact anyone via amazon due to expired return window so I went to Hello Klean directly and they sorted the issue for me!

Waste of Money, very cheap and poor material, it leaks all of the place within 3 months. The plastic cracks at the screw place. The black rubber rings are so cheap they leak water out. I don’t recommend, I tried to work with it and took good 8 months to come to this conclusion, I also bought the refill and really wanted it to work 😢 now looking for a different solution

It is a bit on the expensive side when compare to other shower head. The installation is straight forward, fit perfectly with the hose. The material used for this shower head is plastic, the colour is nice and stylish, just the texture was not as sturdy as I thought. Regarding the functionality, it really soften the water and reduce the allergic effect on my skin caused by hard water.

I bought this shower head in March 2025, about eight months ago. I’ve been very happy with it overall — the filter works well, and the water flow feels great. However, one day the inner joint (the black rubber part in the picture) popped out of the head. When that happens, half of the water escapes through the hole, making it unusable. It’s very difficult to open and fix because the joint gets in the way, and even after putting it back, it keeps popping out again — even with medium water pressure. Aside from that issue, I’m pleased with the filter performance. One note: the shower head is quite heavy, and its balance is affected by the water flowing through it depending on how tight is your holder. If you stop the water suddenly, it can fall.

Removing the filter from the shower head can be quite frustrating. It comes with a unique tool resembling a plastic spanner, but in a different shape. This is problematic because if you lose the spanner, it becomes extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace the filter. Additionally, the filter can seize up, making it almost impossible to open even with the spanner. I feel that the design unnecessarily complicates the process. On a positive note, accessing the filter within the stem of the shower head is much easier. Living in a hard water area, I find these filters effective; they extend the lifespan of the shower head without requiring frequent descaling of the metal parts. The material quality is high, and the design is both robust and stylish. However, I’m unsure about the purpose of the hole in the center—perhaps it relates to airflow. Functionally, the shower head works well, but I eventually encountered damage while trying to open it to access the filter, which left me feeling that I didn’t get good value for my money. Opening the head has also been hazardous at times, as I’ve grazed my knuckles trying to keep the spanner in place. If you're considering alternatives, you might find a cheaper option or, instead of investing in an expensive shower head, you could opt for an adapter to attach to your hose. That might make replacement easier.

It worked well for 1 month and water fellow dropped drastically probably due to clogged filters. Although I used it not more than 10 times max. Unfortunately my return window is closed otherwise I would return. Now am going back to my previous shower head and will be more grateful to that blu showers.

Water pressure stopped working in 1 month.

It just sprays everywhere after several months of use. I trashed it after 8 months of use and one filter exchange. All attempts to fix it and reduce or eliminate leakage were in wain. Also filters are extremely expensive in comparison to others

Insgesamt kann ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden bin. Wir wohnen in einer Region mit sehr hartem Wasser und durch den Duschkopf wird dieses deutlich weicher und angenehmer auf der Haut. Der Druck ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Einzige Minuspunkte sind, dass es keinerlei Optionen gibt den Wasserstrahl einzustellen bzw zu verändern und der relativ hohe Preis. Insgesamt aber gute Qualität und auch in Sachen Optik und Haptik sehr positiv.
