I've been really happy with these bowl covers for my sourdough baking. They fit my mixing bowls and bannetons well, and the elastic keeps them securely in place without being too tight. They create a nice seal to keep the dough from drying out during long proofing times. I also like that they're reusable and easy to rinse off between uses. Having 200 covers means I'll have plenty on hand for a long time. They work just like a shower cap but are much more convenient for bread proofing than using plastic wrap every time. If you bake sourdough regularly, these are a simple, affordable tool that makes the proofing process easier. I'd definitely buy them again.

I use these to cover plates and bowls that don’t have lids. They are so economical and fit a variety of sizes. They work great in the refrigerator or for cookies etc left on the kitchen counter. When they arrive, I take them out of the packaging and place them in an attractive glass jar and they are at my fingertips.

They are disposable and work for proofing. They are super super thin and shred and tear easily so you must handle with care while opening them up to use. But they will do. I have since found some heavier others as sometimes when I am rushing around, I don't want to go through several before I get to one that I can use. I expected them to be thin as they are disposable one use and definitely won't upset the landfill.

As a sourdough baker - these are great to put over my bread in between folds and for bulk & cold fermentation I use them over & over again Nice to use over ready made salad in the fridge too
