Helped me stay in touch with my wife after I had surgery.

Very good short range communication devices. One used as a belt carried home intercom around the house. No need to push-to-talk. Once connected it is two way communication between units.

The set-up and how to use was super basic and ideal for operating (caretaking purposes), however, it was very short lived. The first time purchased was returned/replaced in less than 30 days. I was hopeful and replaced the the same item. Within two weeks it failed again (pure static). Disappointed.

I saw these available for Amazon Vine members, but I didn't act quick enough to get them through that program, so I purchased a set. My first impression was not good. "wierless calling system" is what is printed on the outside of the box. That gave me a chuckle and the thought that I should save everything because I might be returning these "wierless intercoms". The instructions are in very small print, but they are straight forward and easy to understand. After charging the devices fully, and pairing them to each other, my wife and I tested them. We have multiple dwellings on our property that are roughly 300 to 500 feet apart. Our mother lives in a tiny home and we need an intercom in her place to reach the other intercom located in our place or in our brother-in-law's place. These intercoms accomplish that. Some of you are thinking "don't you have mobile phones?" and the answer is yes. However, we are in a rural area and there are places in all three dwellings were we lose the connection. Intercoms give us an additional way for our elderly mother to reach us if she needs to. I paid $60 +tax for this set, which I think is too much. This same company sells newer units with the same or farther range for less.

Reason purchased- I am my 88 yr old mothers caregiver and we use these in a 1650 sq ft home and when I am outdoors around the yard or inside a 576 sq ft garage. I bought these used from another retailer and Out of the box there was only static on one of the radios thinking maybe I bought a dud or my Wi-Fi was causing it. I then remembered the old cordless phones would do this when the battery was low right before it would just die so I decided to charge BOTH Radios for about 5-6 hours each until the red light was out on both of them. After doing that, they both have worked Great. Sound and Use - We both wear hearing aids but we can still use them fine without our aids being in and we mostly hold and use them like talking on a cell phone as the shape and size feels the same, just need to lower the volume a little. Battery - They are On 24 hrs a day and without being charged either in the base or by a USB-C phone charger directly and using them a total of 5-10 minutes a day they have been staying charged between 50 to 60 hours before you hear "battery low" being spoken. Only 1 negative - They do not come with a Lanyard or holder so you will need to make or buy a neck / wrist Lanyard or sew a simple pouch holder to carry around. If you want or need something simple to use give this a try.

This works exelent better then raising your voice to get somebody's attention.Just use the june he and you can talk to them.Just like you're talking on a telephone enjoy.Thank you

As much as I would like to say nice things about a product. This is one time I cannot. They were a completely terrible as to reception. Broken voice was to the point of getting like one in every three words from the other unit. Same room they were fine. But let us say about 20-25 feet \ appx 7 meters different rooms they would fail terribly with this issue. I would have sent them back but we accidentally threw away the boxing to the product. I had high hopes, but was soon disappointed. I am not sure if i had a bad unit bad two units, or what the exact reason of broken conversation. It was the same from either unit. After reading some other reviews, with simular issues, I came to the confusion they are probably line of site, and close range units. Then again, just to be kind I will say The are quite lightweight, and I love the way the have charging docks, that was a plus. I will not fault the seller as who knows there may have well been a batch of faulty units built as that can happen.

It reaches from one end of our seven acre property to the other. Transmits very clearly and the battery lasts the whole day. Battery life could be longer than a day but we normally charge it at night.
