what is the maximum weight this bench can hold? (bar and weights)

Bar is 100lbs, bench is 250, I believe 350 combined, it's fairly sturdy. The bar can't take much more than 100lbs because its 2 pieces put together.

Mine did not come with the grease which was supposed to be included, what kind of grease should I purchase?

Any lubricant will do. Maintain when you hear any squeaking

Can I use a Olympic bar on it , and if so what’s the most I will be able to put on

Not a 7ft bar, any weight on either side and the bar flips up. this must be made for short or 5ft bars. The towers are too close.

You might be able to rig it on, but I wouldn't recommend it.
