Best 4K NVR 36CH. The quality is excellent. This product is excellent value for the the price. Very easy to set up and get operational, it’s been working flawlessly for over 3 months! I allready purchased 5 pieces and never have any issues. The customer support responded quickly via the APP what'sapp. They help me resolved the VMS remote view. GOOD JOB.

Very lightweight the directions were perfect for a beginner with electronics. like me to follow ,it’s quiet and that was my big complaint with a more expensive one I purchased years back I have to say I contacted the seller for a bit of advice. Got right back to me. Very impressed with the seller. I will definitely order again from seller.

If I could do no stars, I would. Don't buy this. UI sucks, starts out on wrong subnet and it takes 20 minutes to fumble your way around to start DHCP. in the mean time, it adds cameras on the wrong subnet and you cant delete them. It also forces you to answer security questions to setup a user. Thinks like your phone number and you your facebook account, invasive things.
