Tastes great
I am trying to ditch pills as much as possible. A lot of the liquid type substitutions are simply not drinkable. This is good enough that it could be bottled as a drink. I am happy with just doing the droppers though. ๐ I can't tell whether it works or not, only time will tell. But I couldn't with the pill form either. We just do a lot of this stuff based on reading, educating ourselves and hope!

Sticky and Messy Leaky Bottle
The only thing I can honestly say is this is really sticky and messy. I don't know for sure but I think it's the bottle top but be ready with the wipes if you decide on this. As for me, I'm going back to capsules.

Just WOW.
I am gonna be 100% honest, I was super hesitant trying this especially since I have IR & this has definitely helped! The taste is actually good, helped my appetite/cravings, made my mood 10x better AND gave me good energy throughout the day! Definitely will continue using this brand.

Meh - not recommended
Don't feel like it's helped any. Taste is ok - syrupy like dates. The WORST dropper that LEAKS badly no matter what you do. I'm sure it's wasting a bunch as well as makes a huge mess. Would definitely not recommend it buy again.

A supplement I needed that is easier to take than a pill
I add it to yogurt when I take it, but it can be taken directly by mouth. It does not taste bad. Not sure how well it is working on my body. We'll see when I get my next check-up.

Connect the dots
Taste amazing it does control my need to eat. It took a while for me to connect the dots why I wasn't hungry I thought hummm my appetite is sure changing.
