I started taking this product three weeks ago to help support my hormonal health and I can honestly say that I have noticed some positive changes. My cycle was on time and the usual discomfort has been much easier manage. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. One thing to note is that it has a strong taste that lingers in the mouth for a few minutes after taking it but it does not bother me enough to stop me from taking it. For women looking for a product to support their health and hormonal balance, this supplement is definitely worth trying.

This supplement has helped me significantly with hormonal regulation. I stopped birth control after being on it for about 10 years. Before I was on contraception, I did not have a regular period. I have noticed a positive change in my cycle duration when I take this supplement consistently. I went from random period timing, to fairly predictable cycles that is continuing to improve over time. I also experience less pain and pms symptoms. From what I read, it is best to stop taking it for the duration of your period so that is what I have been doing. I am very appreciative that this supplement is low cost and high quality.

Where has Chaste Berry been all my life? I’ve taken these for 3 cycles now. Since having my last child, almost 2 years ago, I’ve had issues with intermittent spotting, insomnia, brain fog and have always had really bad cramping all throughout my cycles that goes up to another lovely level the week leading up to and through out my flow. These have stopped my spotting, have calmed my cramps, I’ve been sleeping so much better, and am finally starting to regain energy. A few weeks back, I went out of town and forgot these and I started feeling off/had major brain fog and spotted. A few days after getting home and getting them back in my system I could literally feel the “off”/brain fog feeling fizzle out and got my energy back. I’m going to bring these up to my OBGYN at my next Well Woman’s in a few weeks / curious about any cons I should know about. For a reference: I am not taking any other synthetic hormonal birth control or hormone-related products or supplements besides this one. I also am not on any medications. So I don’t know if these would effect anything along those lines, but I wouldn’t think they would. So far, I have had very notable, positive results using this Chaste Berry. Grateful!

First, I just want to say I have been dealing, no suffering, with menopause symptoms for 6.5 years. Horrible hot flashes-feeling like I’m just going to explode. I would become SO dark red and sweat like many women however this would happen between every 10-40 mins a day. I thought I was crazy, I even wrote them down a few times and yes it would be somewhere between 45-50 hot flashes a day and that didn’t even count the overnight ones. And of course this impacted my sleep. You can’t put your blankets on and take them off every 40-60 mins or take half your clothes off (at night) and sleep well. A co-worker’s gyne suggested this for her PMS. She suggested it to me and we figured ‘why not try?’. OMG!!!! I started on a Wednesday morning. 36 hours later (yes, Thursday night) I slept straight through! I just started my second bottle. I think it’s been like 6-8 weeks. Every so often I may get a warm feeling like ‘oh no, is it coming back???’ But nothing. I have not had any side effects from this either. (Read sometimes GI stuff. But nothing for me). It’s my savior. SO MUCH BETTER! I’M AMAZED!!!

I have a Mirena and have not ever bled on it. I was taking this for about a year, and started bleeding again. I immediately stopped taking it and went back to not bleeding. I took this with Black Cohosh to help regulate mood swings. I thought it was helping, but now that I'm off of it again I have not had any rebound in mood swings. The product appears to be good quality & and an effective dose. Just be careful if you are on any sort of birth control.
