I’d be lost at the gym or TRX without these. An excellent emergency glucose kick during exercise to maintain my blood sugar levels. As a diabetic my sensor alerts me to when my bloods droop. I pop a tablet that will either slowly dissolve (I get impatient and crunch it up a little) then press it against my gums and inside cheek for fast absorption. Highly recommend any diabetic to carry one of these wee tubes everywhere you go.
