Great price! Good quality! Nice copper wire. My system consists of Marantz PM KI Ruby, Marantz SA KI Ruby and Klipsch Cornwall speakers $16,000 of electronic gear, these speaker wire do the trick at a fraction of the cost of what I should spend for my setup and they sound great!

using this for a cheaper solution to skyhigh speaker cable and I actually like this better. I have noticed alot of my 10-16 gauge wire is discolored after a year or two. This stuff has none of that and seems to be great quaility

This is a well-built stranded copper cable. And no, it is not copper cladded aluminum wire like so many others. I was amazed how few 10 AWG pure copper wires were available on Amazon. Anyway, this is the correct gauge for longer runs in high end audio equipment. This cable performs exactly the same as super expensive cables sold by specialty cable companies. It even outperforms some of them because these companies do some really dumb things while they con you into spending lots of money (sometimes thousands of dollars) on cables that can't possibly perform better. The audio cable industry is such a racket. Physics is physics - stop the hype! Save your money for better high-end audio gear and just buy this cable for all your speaker runs. Or, if you insist on spending money on fancy looking cables to impress your friends, then go right ahead.

As advertised, clean copper, nice red/black shielding, not for tight corners, splitting the ends ro be worked on for finishing is quite tough needs to be cut apart, still a great product....

This 10 gauge cable is good for long runs(ie: 35 feet) and 100W class A (audiophile) and for high input D class subwoofers 200W. Not audiophile top shelf grade purists quality, but adequate for 99% of systems and certainly good value. OFC copper (oxygen free) is important, it is fine strand copper and a soft thick vinyl insulation, which gives the cables good flexibility to get around tight corners. I wished the strands were thicker and the vinyl coating was tougher, but, for the price, hard to say no to this product. Under 50 watts you can use a smaller gauge like 12AWG or 14AWG if you want. Class A amps might do better with a better cable.
