Excellent water, easy to use, great support
I’ve been using the Bluevua ROPOT-Lite for over a year and I’m very happy with it. The water consistently tastes clean and crisp, and the unit is very easy to use with no installation required. It’s also quiet and looks nice on the counter. The system has been reliable day to day, and when I did have an issue, Bluevua support was responsive, friendly, and handled a replacement quickly and smoothly. Overall, great value for money if you want high-quality RO water without installing an under-sink system.

Great Water Filter
I purchased this unit back in Nov 2023. It has been making about two to three of the containers per day on average since I bought it. My tap is around 210-240. Just today the filter dropped from 4 bars of health to 3 bars after 4 months of daily use. My only issue is with the built in mineral reader that usually shows 15-25 on average. The only discrepancy I have is that my other two stand alone mineral reading devices show the purified water to be about twice the reading than the one in the unit, usually 30-40. 30 is still good but with my other two independent readers I have never seen it below 20 except for the first couple weeks when it was new and the internal was reading 8-10. The water tastes great, I do not mind dumping the brine water that others complain about. I guess you need to understand that in order for this filter to last it needs to regurgitate the minerals so the filter doesn't quickly clog. I think for the size, quality of output and price point, black Friday sale, $199, I give it 5 stars. Should I need another one I would buy another in the future. My local grocery charges about $2 a gallon for purified water so even with the replacement cost of the filter I am way ahead in savings. Also, I am not lugging plastic jugs into the house and then into the trash once I am finished. Many I see here have issues with water waste, or functionality, or noise or what ever. I find its very easy to use, works very well, and I have no problem dumping the little left over brine water into my plants. I would recommend this to someone with limited space and doesn't have more than a couple of people in the household. Update: 12/2/24 I have had this filter for a year now and it has worked flawlessly. Even though the filter indicator is now down to a single bar it is still filtering water around 10-11ppm which on my independent reader is actually around 20ppm. My tap water lately reads about 220ppm so the filter works really well. The ppm indicator on the unit basically shows half of what I find to be the actual reading. A reading of 10ppm is 20 on my two other hand held ppm indicators. Never the less, even 20 is very acceptable. For most of the time it reads 7-8 but now is creeping a bit higher. I will buy another filter and continue using it. I would recommend this unit for 1-2 people who consume 3-4 liters a day like myself. I have read some of the reviews and I am not sure how come some have issues dumping the brine water out of the container. It is a water filter and the back-flush is how it purges minerals to filter more water. If this really bothers you to have this extra step, buy a unit that back-flushes brine on its own. I feel, for the price point, this filter has done a great job and has saved me a lot of money buying bottled water. I would recommend this product. Update....4/6/25, my original filter lasted from 12/1/23 until 4/06/25. I filter two or three of the pitchers a day. I have been testing the water with my independent TDS meter every so often and it still reads about double what the machine reads. So is the machine reads 09 then its really about 18 TDS. Anything below 40 is very good so I am very happy with this little unit. The purified water I used buy at the store is about 12-18ppm. This machine has saved me a lot of money. I typically use about 3 - 4 gallons a week for just drinking at my house. That adds up to at least 12 gallons or 24$ a month. So with the cost of the machine, 199$ on sale when I bought it, and thats 384$ in water at the store. Now I just bought a new filter for 70$ so I will save 314$ by filtering at home. This machine has performed flawlessly and I would buy it again or recommend to a friend.

Great tasting water. Design could be better.
After owning this since Aug 2025, I am very happy with the water quality and taste. I used to use Zero water, but adding some of the minerals back does make it taste better. I wish there was a better way to drain the leftover water in the base, like a drain tube or something. And, PLEASE HAVE THE TOP SCREW ON. We have to flip it over to drain out the excess (our water is notorious for turning faucets and fixtures black with some gooey substance -> hence the water filter). Washing the tank is difficult. There are small creases which can harbor debris, and a toothbrush will not reach in the water level reader, so I had to buy some long brushes. Taking out the filters and springs to clean could also be designed better. Overall, I appreciate the water quality, UV, and the glass water pitchers. Cleaning and descaling are cumbersome, but it is a good trade-off for how long the filter lasts which is an excellent value compared to the cost of the Zero water filters.

It Works!!!
I purchased this for my parents who have arsenic and tannins in their water. I took a chance since this didn't have a ton of reviews, but at this point I just wanted to try and get them away from bottled water. I honestly didn't have high expectations, but as soon as it came we put it together and started it up. Installation was quick, easy and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. After the filter flush the TDS was 2ppm. I was expecting 40 or 50ppm so I was extremely happy to see this. As you can tell in the picture it took even the tannins out. The color difference is incredible and there is no aftertaste. I bought a couple of extra filters, but I'm really hoping that the filter lasts close to a year. I also purchased another carafe so they can keep one in the refrigerator and one at room temp. They have been buying gallons of water to put in their coffee pot, for drinking, rinsing fruit, etc. I'll update in a few months, but I'm really excited because right now, the quality of water is way better than I expected and I think this going to save them from needing bottled water. I have a different system at home that has 3 filters, but if the filters last on this, then I am definitely getting one for myself.

Say goodbye to fluoride in your water with this attractive looking countertop filter
If you're a bit worried about the ease of use you can set that aside. We've used a countertop gravity filter for decades, wanted fluoride filtered out, and wasn't ready yet to put an under sink unit in. After much research we wound up with Bluevua. It looks great. The noise level is almost non existent. The water quality is excellent. The filtering capacity is pretty good (could another 12-20oz help, yes, but then the unit's size would have to be looked at). Our first concern (as is with any new 'tech' item) was ease of use. It is very easy to set up and use. Also Bluevua's customer service is beyond excellent. The water tastes great. If the filter lasts anywhere near a year? Value for money would be excellent as well. We did a comparison with and without the minerals. Both tasted great. So we're sticking with the minerals. Just a few days in we're very happy we eventually made this choice. Will update if anything changes a few months in.

Before making a purchase, please read this carefully. I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are not the official retailer for the product, and you will face significant challenges if your $700 machine breaks down. Our machine malfunctioned within two months of ownership, and despite our repeated requests for a refund or replacement, they refused. We spent months negotiating and were only offered a paltry 5% refund (I'm serious 5%). To avoid unnecessary hassle and financial losses, I recommend purchasing the product from an official brand in Australia. This company is notoriously poor in customer service, and you could end up spending almost $700. 1 star.

This is my first review but I wanted to do it because I am so glad I bought this machine. I was struggling to pick one for months because they're all so expensive. I'm so glad I did. Amazing product quality and design. The time refilling the tank is worth it because of the amazing taste. I have felt a major difference in my hydration levels, I used to feel so dehydrated all the time and now I don't. I just love it and am grateful to have it. UPDATE: IT STARTED LEAKING EVERYWHERE ON THE COUNTER JUST BEFORE ONE YEAR OF USE. That is not okay. I called Bluevua and they told me that the unit needs to be replaced and that this an UNAUTHORIZED SELLER in Canada, so I have to contact the seller. I have reached out to the seller!!

Always provides perfect water, a very good alternative to water bottles without micro plastics. Worth the price.
