I’ve used this once thus far, I can compare it to a different more expensive similar one that I used for years before I threw it out. I think I can tell this one will be better as far as steam output. The arm isn’t extendable like the other one but it’s ok I arranged it closer on the table to the clients face. I love this steamer. Takes a few minutes to get heated up which is no big deal. I get into the shower, get some hot water going and between the steamer and the steam from the shower I have my own little bathroom steam room and for me I'm not a big fan of Shaving but it makes it a lot easier when shaving my face plus I let the steamer hit my face as shaving and just gets rid of all that dead skin while also cleaning my face.
