I ordered the medium in this pillow as I’ve had other pillows something similar to this before, but they were actually too thick. This one is only about 2 to 2 1/2 inches but it is perfect for my neck position. It is very cooling. I absolutely do recommend this one. Ever since I had neck surgery in 2017, I fight with pillows constantly the one that I had ordered previous to this was OK but this one is actually amazing. My neck doesn’t hurt. I’m not sweaty. I absolutely love this.

My husband hates that this pillow "froze" him. Turns out I married a dragon who likes the hot side of the pillow, ew. Luckily my son takes after me and appreciates a cool, supportive, fresh smelling pillow. It is not as firm as I prefer for myself. I guess what I am saying is that pillows are extremely personal. This is a good one to gamble on.

I own the smaller size of this (which is standard) & I like that one well. THIS largee sized one is so aweful! It is minutely higher that the standard which is not a problem. The issue is NO human has a head so large that thus pillow would work. Move your head to skide seat & your ear haa so much pressure on it-it HURTS horribly! Seems these dumb designers madenit larger in a queen size to "look better" on a larger bed??? Not sure but this larger size is huge & the placememt of featurea does NOT align w/a human beings anatomy. Soooo much pressure & pain on the ears when using this pillow. My God it is terrible! I can say that it's poorly designed because I own the both this larger one & the standard size. The standard size does not cause ear pain becauae when you turn to the side, your ear has relief in the feature meant for the ear. THIS piece of junk huge pillow is not useable for anyone but a giant! The pillow case is good. The foam is good. The height even on this larger one is good. The design being sooo much largee is NOT good! The ear feature is proportionallly in tge wrong place which makes for painful, impossibly uncomfortable sleeping! I hate it so much! Why? Why? Why? Just enlarged the design in this crappy pillow so it is useless & painful now!!! Did anyone ever test it? NO human has a head that would work well for the ears with this junk. My advice is choose the standard size they offer & never purchase this largee size!! Avoid avoid avoid! I want to return & am inside the window but they do that restocking crap. Yet another reason to walk away & never buy this brand! As a customer who owns both sizes, i love the standard size & this larger size is phenomenally aweful! Dumb product & you will regret it. Mine is useless though brand new! Relegated to the closet-junk! Ripoff for how much it costs!

I received this cervicle support pillow in one day, it came compressed in packaging but once opened it fluffed up nicely. I like the silky smooth and cool top layer of the cover, it keeps my head cool. But most pleasing is how it cradles my head and neck “aww” a luxurious feeling of soft supportive relaxation. The other side is lower with less curvature but also very nice, it may help getting used to the extension of the neck of the cervicle support. I highly recommend this pillow for comporting support of neck and shoulders and a good night’s sleep.

Gets Too flat fast and not enough support. I would need 2 pillows to make 1.

I've had a bad neck for decades and in the past used hard memory foam cervical pillows until I couldn't stand it anymore. I'd begun having worsening neck pain and decided to go back to a cervical. I found this described as soft gel with positive reviews and when the price dropped 50%, I decided to try it. Not a fan for 2 main reasons: there is not enough neck support. Maybe because I have a long skinny neck and need more support than others. I don't know. Reason number 2 is it's quite flat. Again, that may be the lack of neck support issue but there's little to no cush for the head area either. I kept it ONLY because even though I am waking up with a stiff neck, I'm not waking up with painful kinks. So I will use this til I find something better.

Very comfy. Order a height that works for you. Not too soft or too hard.

Great size not too small. It's also very comfortable your head just melt in the memory foam and lightweight not too heavy. This pillow gives you great support for your neck. You won't wake up with neck pain as it conforms to your neck and shoulder. It also keeps me cool as I have night sweats. I slept so well til I overslept 😂.This was a great purchase, don't miss out if you're looking for cool and comfortable sleep this is what you need.

I’m genuinely surprised by how much I enjoy this pillow. It does not feel like an old heavy memory foam pillow. It is super soft and breathable (I’m in QLD Australia, so it’s hot 🔥). I’ve had tempur pillows and this feels just as nice - excellent quality for the price.

A weighty, cool to the touch pillow. Thought the depth would be a bit more for my purposes. Not game changing, but it does support the required areas adequately.

It was too low profile to work for me, but if you are small it might be a good option. The springs are so subtle they seem pretty ineffective.
