Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, US Version, 256GB, Titanium Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

The phone is in perfect condition. No problems with setting up the phone. BIG SHOUT OUT TO SELLER - RECELL! FedEx "lost" the package & Recell was right on top of it from the time I let them know it hadn't arrived on the expected date. Was willing to give a few extra days for the process to work. The outer packaging was really mangled, but the inner packaging kept the phone safe & undamaged. I would definitely recommend this company for really quality refurbished phones at a reasonable price.

This is the first renewed cell phone I have ever purchased. I was very skeptical but for the price combined with very good rating reviews and Amazon's return policies I was willing to take the risk. The phone arrived as scheduled and was packaged as expected. I was/am very pleased with the look and condition of the phone. I took it to my cellphone providers office and prayed it was unlocked as it was supposed to be and there would be no issues. There wasn't! The process was easy and all went great! I have associated all of my apps and they work perfectly. I love my phone - very nice upgrade from my Galaxy S9 +! If anything changes I will update my review but as of now I am quite pleased

So far, after 2 months of use, I love this phone. The processor seems fast enough, the camera is wonderful, and the screen size is pleasant without being too large and bulky. The battery life last about a day with regular use, but if I weren't making work calls and shopping online, it would probably last about two. It does not overheat when its charging at night like previous models I've had. I have had no connectivity issues so far and it seems to work well with Tmobile. Setting up the fingerprint biometric lock wasn't the easy process though. The screen had me repeat the steps many times and would often say there was an error. But, once the fingerprint was set, I havent had any further issues. The sound quality is also really good. I recorded my daughter's school choir performance on the phone and their was no weird distortions or feedback or fuzziness. Its definitely one of the better phones I've had for recording live video.

Phone was in great condition. No scratches or any damage whatsoever? That I could detect, I've had not one problem with it. In transferring or downloading, it seems like a new phone to me.

I order this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure I gave as honest of a review as possible. I absolutely do not regret buying this phone. The condition is top notch. The S pen is original. The seal has not been broken (no screen repair) and it's still water resistant, just as if I bought brand new. There is no wear or scuffs on the phone. No scratches either. You honestly can't tell it's a used phone. The connection and switch to my mobile network was flawless. It's truly a fully unlocked phone. I use it on cricket. I'm very pleased with the battery too. It's got full capacity and considering how much I use it, it stays charged. I'm always listening to music or scrolling something. It's usually around 30% by the end of the day for me. I also use the heck out of the camera (it's the primary reason I bought it). The camera has zero issues. No scratches on the lenses and all areas of the camera settings work as they should. All round this is the best phone I have paid for that I was not new. It feels new to me tho. It looks great and it works as it should. Highly recommend it!

First things first. ChubbiesTech is the seller who I bought my device from. I bought the 256GB, Titanium Black In Excellent condition. Listen to me, this device, is damn near Brand New. It came with a slight scratch on the back and the tiniest scratch at the bottom left corner. Not visible enough that would bother anyone. I swear to you. It was completely unlocked and reset. It took me almost ten minutes to transfer from my old phone to this phone. It came with a black case, an attached screen protector which was scratched up.. ( changed it to a fresh one ), a white braided USB-c to USB-c cord and a sim ejector tool. They legitimately gave me everything that I needed. I was incredibly nervous to buy Renewed, but I did my research in the reviews and paid attention to the sellers feedback. Every picture is my own picture and they were taken the very moment I opened the box. I'm extremely satisfied and with the amount of money that I spent, I feel as though I bought a brand new samsung flagship phone. Please dont mind the dust, so the white specks are exactly that. only issue, is FedEx. There was a day added to my delivery date because of an issue with shipping out of one of the FedEx Hubs. It was frustrating but my phone got to me perfectly so I will not complain. ChubbiesTech should be your seller. No joke. I'm just really happy that I found genuine seller.

I liked the phone. It came with two very small linear scratches on the back, but they are almost unnoticeable. I bought the green one and the color is nice. The downside is that it didn’t include a charger adapter as stated in the listing, and the cable is of low quality. The battery life is adequate until now (3 days of use and it last around 2h for every 10%), less if you use Bluetooth GPS or don't have good 5G reception. The 5G reception doesn't feel as fast as my other phone (redmi global edition), I am abroad tho, I've read they use other bands. The screen, sound quality and wifi 6e feel premium. Can't complain AT ALL. The screen is bright and readable under the sun, and it's very comfortable to read in the night (really cool dimming mode). The sound is great and loud and it has a lot of different levels. The stock sound quality is pretty standard, I'm pretty bad judging sound q. tho. The battery last and that compensates the slow charging. It takes over 1h 30min for a full charge without any setting like battery protection with a charging brick of 65W. I don't have an official caring brick and the box didn't include it even tho the listing said it. I just let it charge while I sleep because it has a "Battery protection" mode that limit the charging in the night so it doesn't get to 100 too fast until you wake up

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase! The phone arrived in pristine condition, and it's clear that the previous owner took great care of it. Not a single scratch or mark in sight! absolutely disgusted that you have sent me a so called refurbished phone that has been used by someone who visited sex sites. After a factory reset the phone was able to be installed.

Buying renewed/refurbished phones is always a gamble and this one turned out in perfect condition. It helped me save a bit of money on an expensive phone.
