Finally, the PERFECT eyeglass retainer!!!! It's all about the elasticity of the silicone...the silicone is strong enough to not stretch until pulled, but when you want to take off your glasses, you can just stretch the retainer easily. And, of course, being silicone, I don't worry about it breaking. The little adjuster at the back is super easy to use and cinch down and doesn't tug at my hair. The ends that connect to my glasses are super secure fit and I don't worry about them falling off at all. I now have three of these...they're not just for sunglasses. WELL DONE CHUMS!!!

Great glasses retainer. I wore them while rafting on the Colorado River this week, and they held tight through all thirty rapids, even the Class 4s & 5s.

I bought two for my kids. They are a little tedious to put on but have a good stretch and are secure. My kids seem to like how they fit since it's not bulky and they don't complain of it being uncomfortable. My daughter(7yearsold) has had hers for over a year now and the silicone still looks and feels like it did when I bought it.

Works well and holds sunglasses tight. Only downside it likes to pull my hair when putting on or taking off. It doesn't pull guys as much as girls hair.

Love it! Matches the colors of my sunglasses too. If you have sunglasses with wider arms, get a different model.

it accomplishes it's job very well : keeps my sunglasses in place when my face/nose sweat. Very comfortable and elastic.

Update: Chums reached out and offered a refund which is excellent customer service Original review: ​I really wanted to love these because the brand is a classic, but the durability just isn't there. After less than 5 months of light use, a hole wore straight through the end where the retainer grips the arm of my glasses. ​The Issues: ​Poor Longevity: The material at the attachment point is far too thin. Once that small hole started, it stretched out immediately. ​Security Risk: Because of the tear, the retainer no longer has a snug grip - which completely defeats the purpose of wearing these. ​Value: I expected these to last at least a full season, not fall apart after basic daily wear. ​Bottom Line: They look great and are comfortable at first, but if you actually plan on taking your glasses on and off frequently, expect the ends to fail sooner rather than later.
