It’s only been three weeks and I can’t say Ihe seen much change with my night sweats (or any sweating) yet… However one weird side effect this has had - which is why I’m giving it five stars - is that it seems to have killed my allergies entirely. I used to wake up with runny nose, or blocked nose, every morning was like the flu. Sneezing, constantly having to wipe my nose etc. I rarely ever experience it now. My sense of smell is coming back (rarely ever had it before), and I can breathe a lot better! I don’t know why this is working on my allergies but it’s done something that Fexofenadine and saline nasal sprays couldn’t. Very weird but am quite happy with it. Being able to breathe at night, being able to wake up without feeling like I have a flu every day is truly lovely.

I have been taking these for a few months now, and I think they are helping me with the night sweats and hot flushes as they now seemed to have nearly gone. I cannot be 100% sure as I am also taking Maca root and ashwaganda, but I am not stopping them to find out! They are very reasonably priced, natural and if they are doing the job, totally worth it!! I have suffered with hot flushes for 20 years plus and tried many products. During this hot spell they are even worse.
