Excellent Product
I was absolutely amazed how effective this product is, within 15 minutes of hanging the sticky pads they had caught several moths. I cannot recommend too highly. THIS IS AN UPDATE ON THE REVIEW (ABOVE) I GAVE SOME 48 HOURS AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW. Unfortunately I have to completely reverse my previous praise for this product as some 24 hours after installing the pads I noticed there were no new moths being caught in the traps, which I can only put down to the lack of odour being given off by the pads. Please see photograph taken 48 hours after installing the pad, clearly showing three moths within inches of one of the traps and they are showing NO interest whatsoever of being attracted to the pad and they never did. Sorry about this becoming a bit of a saga, but I think it only fair to print the reply I received from the suppliers after I emailed them about the problem. I accept their explanation 100% and now feel my first review was indeed more accurate. Thank you for your query and photo. Pheromone traps will only attract male moths. The moths showing no interest will generally be females. It does sound like you may have caught the present population of males. Pheromone traps are more of a long-term solution to eradicating an infestation. The life cycle takes 7ish days for eggs to hatch and a further 6-8 weeks for full development. Therefore, there will be periods when you are finding a low catch rate before the new adults emerge. I hope this advice is useful to you. Please let us know if we can assist any further. Many Thanks,

Not effective
Very sticky but Didn’t trap anything

Seems to be working
Easy to assemble - instantly attracted three moths - there are still some more flying around but I assume they are the females - need to assess for longer to see if it solves the problem

Great service and product
I moved into a new home which unfortunately appears to have a bit of a moth problem. This came out on top of the search results on Amazon so I figured why not. Soon after the item arrived, I received a message from the company explaining how to use it and how to make sure I'm using it for the right type of month, which I found quite helpful. Initially I was sceptical, because the traps hadn't caught any months. After a while, however, I checked again and the trap was FULL in certain places of the house. This helped me identify where the moths are likely to mate/nest and to place more traps there. Using a smoke bomb followed by these traps has tremendously reduced the moths population, and it continues to go down. In summary, place the traps in dark, humid places. BE PATIENT! And don't let it get on your finger because it's super sticky!

I was sceptical but I was wrong
I had a moth problem that seems to have come with a bag of Tilda basmati rice. After months of larvae and moths appearing around my home, I’d think I’d got them all, only to find another. And then another. I bought these sticker traps thinking they must be some gimmick - I’m always a sceptical buyer - but I was desperate for a way to stop the moths! Three months later and this is what two of the traps I put out look like. A sticky end for the poor insects but clearly the traps do work. Hopefully this is the end of their stay at my home but whether or not it has ended, it has certainly helped!

Very effective trap
After 30+ years of keeping parrots, this is the first time I have experienced these pesky moths (thanks to a dodgy batch of seed). The traps arrive very quickly and no sooner than I had open the pack, male moths appeared from nowhere!! (shocked face!) The picture I have submitted shows the results after 24 hrs and clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of these traps. So, based on my experience I give this 5* and will order more strips as I understand you have to 'break the cycle' before you see an improvement.

Definitely work
I absolutely hate moths (they really scare me) and this works so well, but it’s best placed out of sight as it takes quite a while for the moths to die which even for me makes me feel bad. This definitely did help with a huge moth problem as totally works
