I decided to use Keto Chow to help me on my weight loss journey and am down 40lbs. I love these shakes because they are convenient and delicious. I have a massive sweet tooth and these really help satisfy my sweet craving. I love this lemon meringue flavor as it has a light and refreshing lemony flavor. Not sour or overpowering, just right. This is one of my favorite flavors and I ended up buying the big bag. I use 3oz of heavy whipping cream and a bottle of water(about 16.9 oz). This tastes so good, it’s hard to believe it’s supplying me with necessary vitamins and minerals as well as satiating my hunger.

If you like lemon meringue pie this this is the protein for you.. It’s has a smooth texture and taste.. Not chalky and blends well in almond milk. Very low carbs as well

Best protein shake
It’s thick and creamy and delicious. None of that weird protein taste other shakes sometimes have. My only gripe was the price so now I subscribe through their website direct, much cheaper and I never run out. It’s my breakfast most mornings.

Have a Ninja creamery and used the lemon meringue keto chow and fresh blueberries and then froze mixture! yummy and low in sugar for a nice summer treat!
