A dianty and beautiful Rowan Leaf pendant handcrafted in sterling silver Based at Glenleraig in the Assynt Highlands, Scotland. Claire hand collects leaves from all over the country and uses them as templates to make this unique collection of jewellery. The leaf is expertly adhered on to sheet silver and hand cut around it. Each leaf can only be used once making every piece of jewellery a one of a kind. After the leaf is cut out, she hammers the texture on them and then hand solders the vein down the middle. Each piece of jewellery has the tree species stamped on the back. Hallmarked and assayed in Edinburgh. Chain measures 18". Pendant measures 4.5 x 1.5cm approx.
