Good cable: no problems stripping or soldering
3 core (red/black/yellow) 22 AWG as described; strips well and the insulation doesn't shrink excessively when soldering. The white outer is unobtrusive against a pale-coloured wall and is marked "E510480 / 2464" if you want to look up the spec. Note that although marked "300V / 80ºC" you shouldn't consider using this for mains.

For minor draws this cable can be quite useful.
just used this to tie in a small fan booster for a radiator that draws very little power. The small diameter of the cable was a plus!
