Unfortunately my local distributor stopped carrying them and I am forced to buy them on amazon. It’s pribably a shipping issue, but every time I buy this product online, the powder-release cap does not work properly. It seems that the seal that holds the powder is broken or gets damaged during shipment. The cap must be beat to open it (I use the handle of a screw driver) and I must let the beverage sit upside down for a half hour before I can drink it. Nevertheless, some powder (in the form on small chunks) remains in the cap, so I am unable to get the full effect of the drink. I should note that I never have this issue with store-bought karma. It is a bummer that the amazon version of this drinks is faulty when it arrives. Karma water itself is great. However, after this purchase I don't know if I can trust buying in bulk. The case I received looks like it may have been stored improperly or some other error was made to cause the powder to clump and crust to the cap. Every last bottle in this one is packed with mold. So...dont buy this flavor.
