When you compare performance and price to something like a Fender Super Reverb, this thing is a bargain. The modeling features will give you that crunchy heavy metal sound.

Adding to my Katana 50 Mk2 this is a real step up it has many more sounds and a USBC connection for control. I like the sound and it's a good size for many things. I bought this over the other modelling amps based some good experience with the last one. Apparently I can even hook the old one into it for stereo effects which is kind of neat.

Incredible amp. Sounds amazing

Great amplifier! For a solidstate device it responds like a tube amp. The effects options are vast. I really enjoy using this amp. The only thing that bothers me is that you have to pay extra for bluetooth and foot switch control. About $200.00 if you buy both. I feel that bluetooth or a foot switch should be included.

The Katana is good. This is my third one. I am a full-time musician, so these amps are used in many venues. My first is an Artist Gen 2 that is now sitting idle. I got it dialed in great, but now No Sound, and no one knows why! I bought a 50-watt Gen3 but realized that it doesn't have all the features I needed, so I got this one. PROBLEM I programmed wah wah - tested it at home for a few days. No problem. Got onstage and -- NO WAH !!!! It has not worked since! I don't have a clue why. These things are inexpensive and sound good but the Katana line can break for no reason!

Fantastic amp!

I LOVE this amp! It sounds incredible in my apartment through headphones or at a 1/4 watt and it sounds equally as good at a 100 watts and running through a PA. I couldn’t design a better amp for my needs!

Firstly thanks to Amazon for a timely and smooth delivery. This is like a holy grail of combo amplifier for the price it definitely feels more versatile than tube amplifiers too, easy recording via usb and lots of Boss effects, you may need sometime to get used to tweaking of the EQ for tones but the tone studio software is a must to be used with the product if you want to get into the deeper side of this product. I did almost 3 months research before I selected the Gen 3 model rather than MK2 because of the new Pushed channel and more sound dynamics. Am happy and planning to buy another one to make it a full stereo rig.

Cumplieron y llegó antes de lo indicado ,lo tomé en oferta y nuevo al 100. Soy de Fender gtx pero al final decidí boss porque tengo la me90 y para 50 w el Mustang lt50.
