LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product. The lightweight hold is perfect, does not make my hair feel sticky and helps retain the moisture level so my hair does not fly away! Slight scent, not (to me) offensive. The pricing will go up and down, the actual ingredients are from many countries (Morocco, India, Ghana, etc.) with some ingredients domestic and the finished products are done in the US (not the whole VERB line).

I hesitated to buy this based on other reviews. I decided to try it anyway because I like other Verb products. I never tried the old formula, but I didn’t find it to be runny as others have mentioned. Just soft hold that is not crunchy. It works great on my fine, 2b/2c hair!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I started using Verb curl cream 3 years ago. It was AHMAZING. They changed the formula when they changed the bottle to orange. This version sucks. It is more liquidy than tbe original. It strongly smells worse than tbe original and it make my hair greasy while NOT holding curls. Do better, Verb. I've stopped buying this and won't go back.

Expensive bu so worth it for a great hair day.

It was the first time I tried it, and I loved this product. Will be buying more. It made my curls not only look good but feel soft. Sometimes products that make your curls last make them dry or feel stiff, but not this product. Every curly hair is different, and you need to try several products until you find the right one for you, but this product is definitely worth trying out!

I have very thick, coarse, wavy hair, which is hard to control. I have tried so many products, and usually am disappointed. But this! I love it. Not heavy or greasy, and just works!

I used this curl cream when it was sold in the clear container & loved it, so decided to order more when it ran out. However, the old product is no longer available. :/. They labeled it differently, saying that they only changed the look of the bottle. However, beware…this is just a watered down version of the old product - NOT the same! I used it a couple of times, but finally had to switch to a different product, because this curl cream left my hair so frizzy - it’s basically like putting pure water in your hair, which does not work for curly hair (as to why we buy curl cream in the first place).

Love love love. I recommend to every curly haired girly. I tried many other more expressive or highly advertised products and none worked like this one did. Amazing and it is a 10 out of 10! No stiff curls but it does a really nice job to define the curls and make them pop and gives a little hold throughout the day.

It defines my hair without leaving it frizzy

I used the translucent verb curl cream for four years and it was my favourite curl cream for years until they changed the bottle and formula. Now it’s watered down, leaves my hair greasy and sticky, and weighs down the curls. I can’t use it anymore :(

I've been using the original version for years now (the translucid tube). I hope it won't be replaced with this one because it feels like a much cheaper version. The texture is much more liquid and you need more quantity to get the same result. I LOVE the original version, you need just a little and it does a great job. I really hope VERB won't discontinue the original version because I'd be really disappointed and will be looking for a new brand.

Not the kind with hold but still great moisture. Love vegan aspect.
