These ready-to-drink shakes are a great, convenient option for getting 16 grams of protein in when you need a quick on-the-go breakfast or post-workout boost. The vanilla flavor is smooth and pleasant without that heavy, chalky vitamin aftertaste that many protein drinks have. They are best served ice cold right out of the fridge, though shaking them thoroughly before opening is key for the best texture.

These aren’t bad tasting like some nutrition shakes. When I have one, I look forward to drinking it. The bottles feel like medicine bottles but are easy to open and the opening is great for drinking. Do I feel better drinking them? I don’t know. But I do think it’s like drinking a good part of my nutrition I like that better than pills. It’s good. It’s good for me I think so that’s a winner.
