This just arrived. After having a deceptive picture on another site and not getting what I thought I ordered, this was a refreshing and wonderful purchase. My granddaughter's gift for Christmas and she loves it. It's a "starter" for her and it's wonderful to have everything advertised and have it well made. Once my granddaughter masters this, I'll order a larger bow etc from this company.

Honestly, for what it is ita a good value. My only issue it the arrows are too blunt for real targets. the tips are flat. would work with paper and a hay bale, our local park has a 16 target course, and these will bounce off those targets. And off the numerous 3d targets. Arrows tips are not replaceable. That was unfortunate. I can't even donate them to the park for their loaner program since they bounce. Quiver is fine, bow and string are fine, draw weight for a 10yr old was fine. Honestly $30 for the bow is perfect. Quiver and arm guard are also fine. If the arrow tips were actually round and not flat, this would be 5 stars. Its still worth the price, but a frustrated 10 yr old is upseting.

So far so good. My son loves it. Hes 7 years old and hes able to handle it well.

I ordered this set because ever since my daughter tried out a bow and arrow as part of a school physical fitness and outdoor / nature exploration project, she has been nagging me to get her own. Well, this isn't a big professional set, but it works really decent for a kids set. Way better than many others that are junk. These really work pretty well, although not as powerful or heavy duty as more adult sets. She absolutely loves learning and practicing with it, improving her form, concentration, aim and technique. although I definitely think younger children should not use it without adult supervision.

I did not have a chance to test this product so I went past the return window. If I could I would return the set. It's useless. Spend your money on another archery set as this one is poorly made and does not work.

Overall decent for the price. A less noticed/mentioned issue: The mock feather at the arrow tail could bump at the bow along the trajectory going forward, causing precision problem. This may be worse when the arrow rest is attached/used. You can simulate how the arrow is sent forward manually, and there will be a moment you realize that the wider tail would not get through smoothly without touching the rest/bow. There are so many similar products, and I don't know how others solve the problem or how our ancestors solve the problem in designing their archery set...

My boys love archery, but this set did not hold up . The arrow rest broke within first 5 shots . I ordered arrow rests in bulk from another company on Amazon and then the little area where the scope attaches broke in a day or two . I had to order another one in exchange because my son loves archery . Not sure how long the new on will hold up.

Great now for my JR! Made a wonderful birthday gift! Excellent value for the price, easy to assemble and take down. Perfect size for a 7 year old.
