I am really really happy with this product. I have never seen any other brands to provide such a luxurious packaging and obviously the product itself. Assembling the chair was very easy they have personally texted me on whatsapp to help me with the installation. And there was a very simple and detailed instruction provided with the package. There was not a single scratch on the chair parts and every small component was packed carefully. The cushions are really comfortable , the back support and head/neck support is really good and its very convenient to move them around because of magnetic features. Hand rest is really premium and its adjustable in any direction. Even the wheels are supper smooth and totally silent. In short this product was really worth it as compared to other famous chair brands in this price segment.

Amazing Chair!! I have been using for 5 months almost using it for atleast 8 hours day. It is comfortable and breathable making it easier to sit for longer periods of time without drenching my back in sweat.
