I used these tarot cards a lot since I’ve got them. They are very good for beginners. They have helped me learn tarot so much. They’ve helped me a lot with my readings. The instructions are very easy. I love the feel of these cards. I feel very drawn to them, so I like the energy that they have Personally I think it’s my own energy I put into them. They are pretty durable, considering my cats almost destroyed them. I was able to save them though just lost the box it came in and the picture quality is really good. I love the design of the cards. I’m so happy I bought these.

These cards are spot on for me. AND the booklet that came with them is the best little booklet that came in any of all the cards I've ever bought (and I've bought a few, haha). When I was designing my Tarot course, I bought a few of this style cards (having descriptions on them) and, while they were helpful, they weren't always spot on for the way I read cards. This deck has restored my faith in having a worthy reference for new students! These will be the cards I'll recommend for my students who are looking for cards for while they are learning. Note: An advid reader would find all the info on the card distracting in a reading. But I find them helpful for showing ppl who are new to tarot a little bit of "how" the card represents what I am reading.

The cards are readable and helpful for the tarot beginner, and they are fairly easy to shuffle. They are stiff, not flimsy. The coloration of the backing is slightly different on the top and the bottom, so if you have shuffled the deck to have reversals, you can figure out which ones are reversed by looking at the back of the card. They come wrapped in cellophane. The instruction booklet is the same size as the cards, and the type is very small, so keep that in mind if small type is difficult for you. But, really, everything you need is on the cards themselves. Anyone who is serious about “doing” tarot knows that the meanings you learn at first are very simple and broad and that you should move beyond them to a more intuitive sense of the cards and their symbolism as you become more familiar with each one’s “vibe.” The Rider-Waite (RW) tarot, I think, is the very best deck for anyone to start with, whether you’re interested in the entertainment-oriented “fortune-telling” (divination) aspects or in tarot’s more serious use as a tool for transformation. For many, it’s the only deck they will ever work with, and the symbolism of the RW deck is extremely rich and satisfying.

These deck of cards are very neat and packaged beautifully. They are sturdy and I love the guidebook for tarot reading beginners. They are your standard deck of card size, maybe a little bigger.

Paper should be little bit nore thick
