Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (DVD)

One of the most crazy movies about life after the Apocalypse, but you gotta see both of the movies! Guns, knives, babes, hot rods, who could ask for more???

The picture on this 4K Blu-ray is reference quality, like Fury Road, but the Atmos audio mix is even better. Furiosa takes a creatively different road than the previous Max films by turning up the story, focusing more on plot and characters instead of simply outdoing the previous film's action (although the action is as excellent as always, even if there's a little less of it). Hemsworth was fantastic, just wonderful, and Anya Taylor Joy does a splendid job as the title character. I know SOME will dislike the greater focus on story than action, but I found it a refreshing change and really enjoyed the movie. I recommend it very highly.

I absolutely loved this movie when I saw it in the theater, so it was a must-own when it became available on physical disc. It's extremely well acted, directed, and written with epic setpieces and action spectacles. If you enjoyed Fury Road, chances are that you'll really enjoy this one, too. The 4K release looks and sounds incredible. Very highly recommended!

Fun movie, good action and fits well in the Mad Max universe.

Excellent

Surprised how great this was. There are a few strongholds left in the future ran by three crazy warlords. A group of women run one with great food and such. A very young girl gets caught kidknapped getting an apple by a biker crazed group. Her mom tries to rescue her killing a lot before she gets caught and killed. They keep the girl for a slave. Over the years she never says a word but becomes an incredible warrior. LOTS of crazy car chases and fights. She gets her revenge in an amazing way.

Furiosa Looks Great in 4K HDR. So Crisp and detailed with excellent color balance. Furiosa is demo worthy. Furiosa has an excellent ATMOS sound track as well. I saw Furiosa in AMC-IMAX theaters and I can safely say, the Furiosa 4K looks sharper and more detailed than my AMC-IMAXC experience. Furiosa is a prequal to Fury Road. One should consider Furiosa to be acts 1 & 2 and then Fury Road is act 3. Furiosa is longer and more story-rich. Its highly recommended to watch Furiosa 1st then right after pop in Fury Road for the conclusion of this huge saga. Furiosa should be watched in 4K if possible. Fury Road should be the 3D Blu-ray if possible. The 3D BD of Fury Road looks far better than the standard Blu-ray . If 3D is not possible, the 4K Fury Road is the next best option. But use what you have to watch them in the correct order. This classic movie has a fantastic plot, and the 4K Blu-ray is superb. The picture quality is sharp, and with Dolby Vision, the lighting and color tones are top-notch.

Physical media is not dead I own a 20 plus Euro Television and I really wanted to watch this movie and the only way I could do it was buying a hard copy on DVD physical media is not dead digital is your borrowing it physical means you have a hard copy things won't always be available on the computer at some point in time it's going to be oh this is safe anymore for this Society you watch it's gone physical media at least last 20 years
