Works well on thin metals for crafting. Using it for wreath signs. No problem, does require a strong grip. Sturdy construction! Quick order processing and delivery.

Good tool within limits
Good quality, well finished tool. Good value at the price. HOWEVER, keep your expectations within reason. It will punch 0.016" thick rolled brass sheet with reasonable effort. It will only make a dent in 0.025" thick rolled brass sheet with excessive grip pressure.

Great hole punch. Easy to use with little pressure needed to punch through metal.

One size onĺy
These are good for those just learning about all different things to make jewelery. Only makes one size hole but works well

Not for use on steel
I'm sure it fine for leather and possibly even soft metals but it was a definite no-go on a piece of 0.7mm (2 gauge, 0.726") stamped stainless steel sheet metal. However the three stars isn't because of that. The two peices we're clearly not deburred after machining. I know it's an inexpensive tool, but this is still a required step.
