Breaks after 2 years. Convenience over cost and eco concerns. Recommended *by D***M on 8 October 2025* I have been using powermops for many years and never found anything more convenient and effective. Recommended Pros Easy to use. quick with no residual mess and minimal preparation for use. more eco friendly and more effective with the washable mop cloths. spray system has been improved and is now much quieter in operation and seems more economical on use of the cleaning fluid. comes with batteries 2 replacement batteries required, but they do last for months. cons The handle is a weak point and I have had at least five handles snap after about 18 months to 2 years usage. I always wrap so gorilla tape around the neck of the plastic handle as this can re-enforce the weak point giving an extra year or so before it snaps. Still not that eco friendly. New mop pack still came with loads of disposable mop heads and only 2 washable ones.
