At this point I have used this machine a handful of times from the sitting position, only because I don't want to bother my condo neighbors with standing on it, on the carpet. I think it would probably be quieter on the cement but I haven't tried it there yet. Using it while sitting has been fine, I can tell it is working the entirety of my legs, even up to my thighs, even with sitting. I have seen reviews online that people have seen big results, and I cannot say that I have but I also didn't stick with it long. I can see how standing on it would take some focus and balance though. I got it on sale and I am glad to have it and hope to use it more in the future.

It has several workout programs and allows you to adjust the intensity levels of your workout. Since I started using it, I've noticed my overall muscle tone is working. I've only used it twice, but I can feel the work in my legs and abs. It's quiet, so I can use it at home without disturbing others. It's one of the products I've purchased to help me with my weight loss that I've liked the most.

The media could not be loaded. I consider this one of the best purchases I've made all year! I use it after work and sometimes during lunch, and it offers a relaxing experience. It effectively shakes away tension and alleviates the stiffness from sitting too long. While the plate is smaller than others, its power is impressive. It features suction cups that help it grip the floor, preventing it from sliding around. The rollers for the feet are comfortable and provide a great sensation. The unit is controlled by a remote with the sensor located on top, rather than on the side like many others. This design makes it easy to adjust the settings or stop the machine.

This is great for circulation and toning. I can tell it works because I feel like jello after I get off.
