I work from home and don’t move around as much as I should. This back and neck massager is offering some good relief for my back pain. I love the neck massager too, especially with the heat turned on. It really helps when I have a stiff neck but it is also great just for a regular massage. The rollers on the neck massager can be height adjusted so that they are in the right position for your sitting height. The massaging rollers for your back move up and down or you can set them to move only in the upper or lower back zone. And when you find the perfect sweet spot for an area that needs massaging you can press the “spot” button and it will stay in that position. I use that option frequently on my lower back. The vibration feature I don’t use very much but it is a nice option to have. The remote is nice and easy to understand. The lights on the rollers and the side pocket for the remote are a nice touch. You can unzip the cover where your head goes, I am guessing to allow you to wash it. The built quality and the materials they used seem really nice. I feel like it is a good value for the money, especially if you compare it with the cost of 2 or 3 visits at the chiropractor. And they try to get you to come back to milk your credit card some more!

The COMFIER Shiatsu Back and neck Massager is ready for use out of the package, which comprises the massager, the adapter and the manual. it is not very heavy (around 15 lb) but looks and feels solid built. The best place to fit this massager in is the office chair or a chair that has long back rest. I like that the massager has a strap such that it could be fixed to the back rest of the chair. It comes with a seat cushion. It also comes with a removable back flap, and if you need a powerful and intense back and neck massage, leave the flap. You can turn on the back massager and neck massager in the meantime. However, I do not suggest you do that if you intend to have the neck and the lower back massaged at the same time because you need to rest your neck back such that it could massage your neck, but it will somehow lead you lower back away from the back massager. The back massager has both shiatsu and rolling functions. I found out that the shiatsu function is quite strong, as compared to the rolling, thus 99% of the time I use shiatsu. A good feature is that you could adjust both the neck and back massaging positions. I suggest turning on both heating feature and vibration feature when you have it shiatsu massage your back, which I found vey very helpful in relaxing your back. To summarize, the massager is light but solid built, it has very strong shiatsu massage function, the massage position is adjustable, and it has the massage + heating +vibration in combo with gives the user the ultimate relaxing experience.

I bought this chair massager for home use after the gym and work. Let me tell you it is nice and quiet, and hits all your muscles. I have a salon and this compact massager is good quality like my pedicure chair massager. My favorite feature is the heat for the neck and back. It really soothes those achy muscles. The unit itself is not heavy, it's very manageable to move around for other chairs. The remote is nice and slim, with all the button clearly laid out. And it has a good length cord to be useful. The really great thing about this massager is that it has side bolstering. It keeps your body centered so the massage nodes can get all your muscles effectively. It's a great chair massager! Buy it, its a great value for the quality you're getting.

I am disappointed I have been searching for something and everybody had a great review on this product and I didn't think there will be any issue. People in a lot of pain were praising this item so I thought this has to be a good product but of course not for me. there's one person that made This complaint but was still a positive complaint I did a video everyone can witness what I am seeing.. When I got the item out of the box I set it up on the chair and went to use it trying to figure out the remote with the options first it was very uncomfortable to sit on I felt like it wasn't giving me any pressure in my back at all and I felt like if I had to feel it moving I would l really have to strain my body to push back and hold myself so that's not relaxing to me.also it makes this click click click click click noise and the neck area it goes up and down with the remote but the up and down button for the back area it does absolutely nothing

This thing is so nice! It moves up and down your back or can be set to a certain spot and moved manually with the remote. The neck is fully adjustable with the remote, so you can get it exactly where you need it. The heat is nice to relax with. It has a vibrating feature, which could take or leave, but you have the option to use or not at your fingertip. It came with a pad that is attached or removed with Velcro, but it lightens up the pressure if you want to have it, or remove it for deeper tissue massage. I found this most enjoyable in a recliner so I can lay back and relax, but it works in all kinds of chairs. It is very easy to use and I highly recommend.
