This has been a great screen-free entertainment option for my pre-k aged child, especially during winter or rainy days when we’re stuck inside and need something different to do. We like being able to pull out the kit and pick a different experiment depending on attention span and energy level that day. The directions are clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated that the needed tools and materials were included for the activities. A few things I liked: * Fun variety of experiments * Keeps kids engaged and curious * Easy-to-follow instructions * Good hands-on activity for younger kids I would say this is best used with adult help/supervision for younger children, but that was expected for this age group. Overall, this is a fun and educational option for little scientists and a nice alternative to more screen time indoors.

was the perfect birthday gift, a ton of the experiments were new/fresh ideas that we had not done before. I was worried it would be 3-5 versions of the typical... but there were some solid ideas in here. Good quality, the instructions were clear, and overall very satisfied.

The package says 4 years and up, we Bought for our grand son's 5th birthday. He loves doing the various experiments with his dad. There are many fun projects with directions and materials to try with adult supervision. It is a great gift idea and most items if not included are usually on hand in your home . looked at several kits but this one was a good value for the price

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson and from my understanding he loved it. The fact that there is a variety of things to do with this makes it even better.

My 4 yo grandson and I did one project in the kit, it actually did not work despite following instructions exactly and giving multiple tries (walking water experiment), still had fun and he learned about mixing primary colors, and we will do more. I think it’s worth the price paid for the book and materials included.
