A driver needs to be installed. Even though the driver was installed and reinstalled multiple and every possible cord combination, only one screen would work. Reviewing installation video comments on Youtube, this appears to be a common issue.

This dual-screen product is the key to an amazing portable multi-monitor setup. I'm running two of these units, which gives me four external displays. The design is clever: each unit has one screen that runs on native graphics (USB-C) and a second screen that relies on a custom USB display driver. This hybrid approach allows for incredible expandability—you can even put a DisplayLink adapter/dock in front of the native screen to add more displays, bypassing your laptop's limitations. However, this design comes with two major flaws. First, I had a quality control issue, as one of the two screens on one of my units was dead on arrival. The second and more critical issue is the reliance on a proprietary driver. For personal use, it's fine. But for professional use, it's a non-starter. My company's IT security policies won't allow the installation of this specific driver (we can't risk it with unknown potential updates, vulnerability checks, vulnerability patching), making the second screen on each unit unusable on my work computer. If they had used the well-known and widely trusted DisplayLink ecosystem, this product would be perfect. While the monitors that do work perform beautifully, this driver choice unfortunately restricts my four-screen setup to my personal laptop.

LOVE this monitor! I am a pentester, so I'm on the road all the time. This monitor gives me a lot of additional workspace wherever I am. They are cross-compatible with WIN/LINUX/MAC Intel/MAC M1. One thing to make mention of is that the Innoview brand monitors (I have other single monitors too) are NOT compatible with the newer MacBook Pro M4. There is a hardware conflict in the Thunderbolt v5 functionality rendering the Innoview Brand USB C Monitors useless (with the M4). They continue to work fine with my M1 and other machines, just NOT the M4 chips.

Love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Ergonomically friendly and convenient for stationary and mobile work environments! It was a little tricky getting the settings correct as “extend the display” rather than “duplicate the display”. But totally worth it. Overall, great product and with the Amazon coupon, it fit within my budget!

How to install this dual monitor ? install the software that comes with the unit. Then PROVIDE ADEQUATE POWER to get both screens on. very good product for the price. fits in my bag. nice design!

This review is for the 18.5 dual stacked portable monitors. The pictures make it look as though you can have the unit plugged in with one cable and power and have both screens lit and ready to use. That is not the case or was not the case for me. I was hoping for a clean desktop experience with minimal cables for presentation. To use both monitors, you need to have all three cables connected. Youll need USB c power to power the monitor. Another USBC to USBC for video on one half. Then you need to run an mini HDMI cable from your source to have video on the other half. With or without the drivers installed this did not work at all. Only using one USBC or two usbcs from the source. Very disappointing the unit is not as advertised. Will be returning the unit

This is a great business tool and I can’t travel without it. The monitor is well built. The hinged design is great and very high quality. I had a small issue with set up and the customer support walked me through the problem (they are in China so expect answers in the middle of the night). The refresh rate and resolution are both very good. This monitor must be connected to a wall outlet as my Mac doesn’t have enough power to support it through the USBC connection. That’s my only minor complaint.

Actually if driver is not an issue this is an awesome product. Your office computer do not allow you to download drivers due to admin rights... I tried working on citrix... top monitor no display and citrix gave wired flicker... please check pics... I wish this would have worked for me but will return it as I don't want 600$ paper weight

This is a nice item, but only if it works. From the get-go I had issues, even though I connected all the cables correctly and I downloaded and installed the latest driver. The main problem is the upper screen, it does not come on when you turn on the monitor. I tried so many times to get the upper screen working but to no avail. The leaflet in the box had an email address for support -- I sent them an email but got no response. I will definitely return this item and I'd suggest to anyone reading this review to keep away from this item, it's not worth the hassle to get the upper monitor working

I recently bought a dual monitor 18.5” on Amazon. It is from INNOVIEW. I like it as it was very simple to install and to use. It is not too big nor too small and it works very well for me specially when I work from home and need 2 to 3 screens at the same time. I recommend it. My only problem is that it is a little bit pricy.

My screen is all messed up. One of the screens can not be recognized or detected and is continuously flashing. Need to return this item. I carried it half way across the world to work with it as I will be away for a month and the damn thing is all messed up.
