Works as it should straight out of the box. Truly plug and play! I used this device to connect my IP PoE cameras when the one in the NVR died. Worked like a charm with a bit of fussing with the IP addresses on the NVR and now all my caneras are operational again, without having to replace the NVR. Definitely recommended!

This Item was placed under Giga byte switch and disabled the return option, which is purely cheating. Max speed 100 mbps only , do not buy this item, will be a waste of money
