The dehydrator came packaged perfectly and nothing was missing. Very easy to use and I love the fact that it gives you the option of higher temperatures unlike a lot of other dehydrators. I have used this for jerky and fruit so far, and it works like a charm!! Also very easy to clean! If I had any negatives to say about this dehydrator, it would be that the door doesn’t seem to be very durable. After using it only twice, I not have to lift up on the door slightly to get it to close. But other than that, I could not be more pleased!!

It makes perfect jerky

Pos!!! Dont waste your time and money! I have bought 3 at this point...ever single one has just randomly stopped working or activated itself when nobody is home!!! Yes they have replaced for me but now this.one just.passed the return mark and its doing the same thing as the others! At this point I will just chalk it up as a loss and buy elsewhere!!!

It came with a dented tray so I was worried about the quality of the machine but it has not disappointed me at all. The last dehydrator I had was a circle and I got this machine to replace it when it broke. The rectangle shape is a much more efficient holding space, it's easy to clean and doesn't seem to get as dirty as my last one. The timer is amazing and works well with the temprature which slowly cools down when then time runs out instead of just turning off. Overall super happy with this purchase.

Best product was a great buy love making beef jerky with it

The racks are not as long as my other one . This unit has hotter has a longer timer on it and has 12 trays . I was surprised how much I was able to get in there . All the racks are stainless steel, has a light in it . I’m very happy with it . Highly recommend

It worked ok the first time. Then after the second use the machine just stopped working. The touch screen shut off and it wouldn't power on again.
