When the item gave up just weeks into use, I reached out—only to be ghosted harder than a bad Tinder date. There was no reply, no resolution, just radio silence. There is leakage of juice below pulp out let. After persuasion Akiara agreed to replace juice bowl by new one. It is replaced. Problem resolved.
