If feels study and respectful for my beloved pet. The lid screws on well and it feels secure. My rotty was 38 kilos and the urn is plenty big enough for the ashes we were given.If you look at the picture very closely you can see the 'chasing' around the paw prints is a little rough. It looks almost hand chiseled. I did not notice this when I ordered and it was a surprise to me and I was initially a little disappointed. But I got used to it and it does not really detract from the quality of the item - it may even be a deliberate style.
