I recently purchased the Bosch WGG244ZCGB Series 6 Washing Machine, and while my initial experience had a hiccup, the end result has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks to both a brilliant product and incredible customer service. When the first machine arrived, it was unfortunately faulty. This can be frustrating, but the support I received from Amazon's customer team was truly outstanding. They handled the situation with professionalism and speed, arranging a hassle-free replacement almost immediately. Their efficiency and willingness to resolve the issue quickly turned a negative situation into a very positive one. The replacement machine has been an absolute dream. The 9 kg capacity is perfect for my needs, allowing me to wash larger loads and bulky items like bedding with ease. The 1400 rpm spin speed leaves clothes feeling much drier, which significantly cuts down on drying time. I am particularly impressed with the "Iron Assist" programme, which genuinely reduces creases and makes ironing a much quicker and easier task. The "Speed Programme" is a game-changer for those quick washes when you're in a hurry. Beyond these features, the machine is incredibly quiet and the build quality feels robust and premium. The A-rated energy efficiency is also a big plus, giving me peace of mind about my energy consumption. In summary, I am extremely happy with this purchase. While the initial fault was a minor setback, the superb customer service from Amazon and the exceptional performance of the Bosch washing machine have made me a very satisfied customer. This is a replacement to my previous Bosch machine which was 12 years old and still in perfect working order. I just needed one with a time delay for nighttime use. This one is really quiet too. Excellent machines in a world where most things aren’t built to last.

I purchased this machine to replace my previous Bosch which I had for 12 years with no faults or issues. This new machine is quieter, easy to use and has a good range of wash options. I really like the steam assist as it helps reduce ironing! My only issue being when I purchased the machine I also booked for the install, removal and recycle of my old appliance. The machine arrived very promptly and the delivery men were very nice however I was told they wouldn’t be able to take away and recycle my old machine, but I wouldn't be charged for the installation. This wasn’t ideal for me as I now have to arrange for a bulky uplift from my Council and have to get a very heavy machine moved from my garage to the end of the drive.

Wish I had bought one before now! It is way way better than any brand I have had before. Excellent selection of settings and very quiet and efficient. It checks the load itself and adjusts the program accordingly. The clothes come out much 'drier' . At 1400 spin it is much better than the Hoover 1600 spin!! everything about it smacks of high quality parts and performance. The spin speed is better than others and more reliable.Even though the machine looks smaller than others it reflects the efficiency of the engineering of the make which is far superior.

I love this washing machine. Big drum and many cleaning options. Clothes come out clean. Also quiet.

Love all Bosch products. This is my second washing machine from Bosch would not hesitate to recommend them . Built very well ,last long . It’s very easy to use and the spin is great. Lots of different washing options, even a fifteen minute wash.

I bought the Bosch WGE03408GB Series 2 and it has been a nightmare from the start. The machine is extremely loud when spinning, it shakes my entire flat, and even "walks" out of the place it was installed. I’ve had washing machines before in the same spot without any issues, so this is clearly down to the machine’s poor build quality. On top of that, trying to return it through Amazon has been just as awful. They acknowledged the problem and processed a refund, but due to some issue in their system they refused to pick it up from my home. As a result, the washing machine has been sitting in my dining room for over a week. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps and no one has managed to resolve the situation. Overall, this has been a dreadful experience—both with the product and with Amazon’s handling of the return. I would not recommend this washing machine to anyone.
