A brilliant no frills phone for that older relative in the family. Incudes an SOS button that can be programmed. The LCD is not the best quality. But effective.

The phone has been switched on in to foreign language i pushed a button and phone kicks in unfortunatly for me i did not know how to read any other language than english so now i have no way of changing language back to english tried battery removal factory reset and the manual tells you nothing on how to reset language and the phone wont tell me cause i do not know what i am reading why are you selling phones in uk with out the phone auto set in english thanks will be sending this back if i cant do it my 84 year old mum wont be doing it

Good button size but poor battery life doesn’t full charge advertised as easy use phone for elder but when answer the phone you do not use the green answer button which can be confusing for the elderly when you use this to phone someone get what you pay for I suppose

Phone was nice size, big buttons, bought for my Dad 83, I tried everything to get the ringtone to work and not the voice speaker calling out the number when incoming call buts it's not working properly, also volume is not great he can't really hear the caller.

Purchased for my housebound brother In law easy to operate and large numbers for easy access

Visually perfect for my elderly Mother. Large screen & buttons for her poor eyesight, however, the battery dies & phone switches off, after around 20 minutes, even after a full charge
