I love this stuff. Such a tasty way to get some kombucha daily. I buy these because they are cheaper than a bottle and they have the same digestive benefits. My favorite flavor is the Strawberry Kiwi.

I love these in every flavor I’ve tried so far. I’m not sure of any health benefits, but they taste great. I don’t feel a difference in anything other than dopamine and serotonin, honestly, that’s a huge win. Definitely recommend.

Not gluten free. People with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity should not consume these drinks. Several different flavours claim to be gluten free though it clearly states in the ingredients list “organic barley sprout powder”.
