I bought this to work directly with my Switchbot AI Hub. It's my first and only Switchbot camera, even though I own several other Switchbot products. It's sitting in my living room and is an easy way for me to check in on my dogs while I'm out of the house. I can talk to them through it and the image looks great with fantastic detail. Pros Sharp 3K (5MP) video quality with strong detail Full room coverage with 360° pan and tilt Motion tracking works well for pets and kids Good night vision without bright lights Two-way audio for communication Supports both local (microSD) and cloud storage - Go local when you can! Easy setup and intuitive app No battery needed but must be plugged in Cons Good chance you'll need a Switchbot hub - No easy way to integrate into Homey Pro at the moment 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (no 5GHz support) - Hoping at some point Switchbot adds other protocols to their products like Thread or Zigbee. Connection is so much better and lower power consumption. Also typically more secure, which is important with things like cameras. Some advanced features tied to cloud subscription - Highly recommend staying local (No cloud) for risk of privacy leaks App notifications can require tweaking to avoid too many alerts Overall: This is a well-rounded indoor camera that offers strong video quality, flexible coverage, and useful smart features at a reasonable price. It’s especially good for monitoring pets or kids, and a solid choice if you’re already using other SwitchBot devices.

Excellent and image/sound/movement is very reliable.

We are using this for a baby monitor now that we have a toddler and rely less on the noise activation (which is to say she makes herself known and we hear her without it). It’s great—inexpensive, easy to use, easy to share with grandparents, and we love that it connects to our other SwitchBot products. Huge fan.

Super impressive little device that we put at our front door - pan and tilt feature is super helpful and it integrates into the app well. Throw a MicroSD in and you’ll be able to playback recordings. Overall great device.

Camera works generally as advertised however even with a high speed wifi connection (tried both 5Ghz/2.4Ghz) the quality is much worse than advertised. There are portions when it is smooth but its more of a smooth single frame rather than video. Consistent video is probably around 240-480p quality. e: *June 23 edit* On June 5 the seller (switchbot company) reached out confirming the issues I was experiencing are not as expected and they offered to resolve by refunding. However its been almost a few weeks with no responses and basically confirmed the item I was received was defective instead, so lowering from 3 to 1 star.

Cannot view playback or past videos in the app, and it even deletes footage (second picture) Support so far has not been helpful at all giving me generic solutions that I already told them I tried. Will update if they actually become useful or offer support. IN GENERAL, DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. Go cheaper and more reliable, go with something like Kasa. Their app actually loads. UPDATE: According to them this camera does not support beyond 12 hours of playback even with a 256gb micro sd card (so upgrading your storage is useless) That is a ridiculous feature to not have compared to other higher quality MUCH cheaper cameras on here...

Good price and with a coupon too. I really didnt need anymore cams. Glad i got it and it works exactly as it should, so far. I needed to follow the instructions when setting it up. This is not my first security cam and I noticed it operates a bit different than my others but works great and does even more so the menu is a little complex but manageable. It's a great little device for the price and will work to notify even without an SDcard in, or without paying for cloud service, but with the SD in is far better.

Ayant déjà essayé quelques caméras par le passé, et connaissant la marque Switchbot, je ne suis pas déçu. La boîte contient tout le nécessaire. - La caméra bien sûr - Un chargeur ! Oui vous avez bien lu, Switchbot fourni les adaptateurs secteur. Alors certes, il faut réduire les coûts, les déchets et on à tous quelques uns qui traînent, mais à force, les stocks de vieux chargeurs finissent par s'épuiser. Je suis donc ravi que Switchbot m'en ai fourni un pour le coup. - Un câble USB-C assez long (2m) même si je n'aurais pas craché sur un peu plus long selon l'emplacement final de la caméra. - L'outil pour reset la camera (par contre pourquoi ne pas avoir mis un bouton tout simplement ?). - Le support, vis et chevilles pour pouvoir la fixer au mur (ou au plafond) et un patron pour prévoir l'emplacement et faire les trous au bon endroit. On peut bien sûr simplement la poser sur une étagère. - Pas de carte SD, faut pas exagérer non plus :) L'installation est simple et rapide, 2 minutes montre en main. Comptez peut-être un peu plus si vous n'avez pas l'appli (le temps de la télécharger, créer un compte etc) : ajouter un appareil, trouver la caméra dans la liste, entrer les identifiants du réseau Wifi (2.4 ghz seulement attention), faites scanner un QR code à la caméra et c'est bon. Côté fonctionnalités, on est assez servis pour le prix : - Très bonne qualité d'image (un effet fish eye pour avoir un champ de vision assez large) - Vision nocturne très correcte - Détection de mouvement, humain ou non (note : je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester la reconnaissance uniquement humaine). A noter qu'on peut ajouter également des notifications sur le téléphone et sous forme d'alarme venant de la caméra elle-même. - Suivi des mouvements : la caméra s'oriente toute seule pour essayer de suivre les mouvements perçus devant elle. - Un mode "patrouille" : à des moments configurables, la caméra va tourner à 360 degrés pour vérifier autour d'elle et activer la détection de mouvement. - Un mode "preréglages" : alors celui-là je ne l'avais pas vu venir, pour mettre la caméra dans une position déterminée sans avoir à jouer avec les commandes manuelles. Très pratique ! - Le mode privé, qui "range" l'objectif dans le boitier. L'enregistrement des vidéos peut se faire de plusieurs manières différentes : - manuellement sur le téléphone - automatiquement, en continu ou lorsque qu'un évènement est détecté. Sur carte micro SD ou dans le cloud (nécessite un abonnement que je n'ai pas donc pas pu tester) Rien à signaler de ce côté ça fonctionne très bien et on peut revoir tout ce qu'il s'est passé. L'insertion et le formatage de la carte se fait sans souci et très rapidement. Enfin, on peut communiquer avec la caméra via le téléphone. Si vous avez plusieurs caméras Switchbot, vous pouvez également créer une vue dans l'application type agent de sécurité :) Au niveau de l'appli elle-même, étant assez client d'objets connectés de toute marque, je peux vous dire que c'est une des meilleures : complète mais très facile à prendre en main. L'intégration avec Google Home est Ok aussi, pour pouvoir diffuser l'image sur vos écrans chromecast. Si j'avais UN reproche, c'est que l'API de Switchbot ne prend pas encore en charge ce matériel, et qu'il ne peut donc pas encore être utilisé avec des plateformes comme Home Assistant. Mais je ne doute pas que cela va arriver. Finalement, j'en suis très satisfait et je pense qu'elle va remplacer une ancienne caméra Xiaomi.

Comprei a SwitchBot 3K para vigiar o interior da minha casa e, no geral, estou satisfeito. A qualidade de imagem surpreendeu pela positiva — o vídeo em 3K é realmente nítido e a visão noturna funciona muito bem, mesmo com a divisão totalmente escura. A função de rotação (pan/tilt) cobre praticamente toda a sala, o que é ótimo para evitar pontos cegos. A configuração foi simples e a integração com Alexa/Google também funciona sem complicações. Para quem já usa produtos SwitchBot, encaixa muito bem no ecossistema. O ponto menos positivo é a app: por vezes fica lenta a abrir o feed e algumas funções inteligentes, como o rastreamento de movimento, ainda podiam ser mais precisas. Nada que impeça o uso, mas podia estar mais refinado.

Después de usarlo durante unos días, me resultó muy fácil de usar. La imagen es muy clara, especialmente de noche. La rotación también es muy flexible y silenciosa. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Nice fetaures and very good quality product. The only thing that is missing in the app is that you can not pan / tilt but swiping the camera screen, you need to use the arrows.
