I used to think 'getting my heart rate up' meant a deadline at work; now it’s a lifestyle choice. Since I'm turning the big 4-0 soon, I’ve swapped some of my frantic caffeine for these beets. My BP is happy, I don't feel like a wilted salad by 2 PM, and honestly? They taste surprisingly great. My heart feels less like a drum set falling down stairs. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy the taste of these. They are like a daily treat for me. I haven’t noticed any benefits in take them.

I HATE HATE HATE red beets so I was VERY sceptical and really dreaded tasting this. It tastes nothing like beets, thank goodness! It's actually quite tasty. I warm them up in my hand for a few minutes before eating them just so I don't have to bite that hard into them. This does not stick to your dental work, never! I'm very careful about that because like most of you probably has, there's money in my mouth and I HATE dentists! I haven't had blood work or a Drs visit yet so I can't say anything about effectiveness right now. This does not hurt my belly. Most vitamins and supplements like this give me belly issues. Surprisingly, this doesn't hurt or bother my belly one bit. I do notice though that I have more energy. I'm not as sluggish like I was. I'm a caregiver to my elderly mom, I have a big family, big house and I work full time. I don't sleep enough and I feel tired and sluggish at times but I do notice that I'm a bit less sluggish. I would not write it if it were not true. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone. Like I said, I haven't been to the Drs since I started taking these so I can't say if they are working on my BP or not but I can say they don't hurt my belly, they taste good, they won't pull out your fillings and for me, I'm a bit less tired and sluggish. I do have some energy that I haven't had in a while in my busy life. I know this stuff is packed with good things so I feel good that I'm ingesting goodness because it's hard to eat fruits and veggies every meal, every day.

That taste good well packed but quite expensive especially not sure yet if they’re actually making a difference in helping blood pressure hasn’t changed very much but I’ve only been trying them a few weeks. I guess we’ll see.

For the FIRST time ever, in my Doctor's office my blood pressure reading was 120 ..... that was the real test, my blood pressure is always elevated when I am at an appointment. For two many years that is usually not a place of good news. This time it was for the first time literally my blood pressure was 120 ...over something LOL ..and that is all I remember because that first number has NEVER been that low at an appointment. My Doctor was surprised also and I told her all about the "BEETS" ... All this is due to Total Beets. After open heart surgery a year ago I have had issues with blood pressure and even the recent change to another brand my numbers were really high even up to (200/100) and that required another change in medication which was not working and I was dreading having to increase the dosage. So I decided to try these Total Beets ... I am thrilled my blood pressure is remaining steady and in the 120's. I do not know if I will be able to stop the medication, but it is a low dose that now will not have to be higher. Total Beets are working for me ... I am amazed and very happy with my results.

These beet chews taste good and are easy to chew- please don't let other reviewers worry you with negative remarks on the flavor - and don't worry about the comparison to Starburst either- They are shaped and wrapped like Starburst but no way do they stick to your dental work like Starburst! I've been taking them about 2 weeks and my blood pressure is down about 20 points, even without blood pressure medication.
