Very good ‘product easy to lay and looks good

I bought these after spending time looking for something to finish an edge where the path meets the driveway where I took out a large plant to create a walkway to the front door, easy to put in place, just dig down to achieve the desired height lay membrane and spikes in place, I found it better to use something to make a hole in the membrane first to allow the spikes to go through, then laid some 30mm slate chipping’s to finish and match the driveway, it is flexible enough that if you step on it it gives.

This border is well worth the money in my opinion. Upon opening the package I instantly realised how good the build quality was. It uses a single pin to keep the border in place and the recycled product is sturdy enough to withstand the weather and lawnmoving activity. I managed to create a solid border in no time that is also safe for my child (an added bonus). If I could give a small advice before installation - make sure that the ground is on the same level under the product to have an even finish and a professional look. Overall a great purchase and definitely recommend.

This stuff is great. Bought the terracotta colour (which doesn't really resemble the colour on the picture) - it's more the colour of rust (i.e. when metal goes rusty ... that sort of colour). It's environmentally friendly so love the idea of it and looks good. However there is a major flaw. Yes it does bend and curve really well, but as it only comes in short 1 metre lengths its a problem if the bend comes when you join 2 pieces together. And if you have a curvy lawn like I have then its a nightmare as the ends don't sit flush and you get this problem every metre! So you either have to try and saw (and its not that easy to saw despite what they say i can assure you, especially if you only need to saw half a centimetre off 2 ends at an angle to get it to sit flush - then it becomes impossible to saw). So this really should come in at least 2 metre lengths (ideally 3 metre) so that its much easier to bend into place and look good. ALSO, Horrified to find this on sale (after i bought it) at almost half the price on Ebay and now feel completely ripped off by Amazon and its sellers. But all in all, its very clever and I would recommend, just wish it came in longer lengths and also check the price with other sellers first!!

I bought this as I am converting a 4x4m area of old lawn, now killed, to artificial grass and I wanted to see if Flexiborder was a good solution to create a border round the area so I bought, separately, an internal Flexiborder right angle and these two 1 metre lengths. These proved easy to assemble and satisfied me that Flexiborder was well suited to meet my needs. The borders is expensive but seems very robust and the modular design means the assembly and costs can be spread over time which is what I plan to do The border was delivered promptly by Amazon's own carrier which I prefer as I find some other carriers less reliable.

Bought these as a surround for my parents grave, I wanted to create a border for the healthier grass I wanted to lay, I didn’t know corners were sold for these so I didn’t buy them but these work perfectly and now my parents little garden is beautiful.

Brilliant, I had used bamboo as edging before but wth strimming the bamboo got beaten up. Now replaced with new easy to use product. I expect it to outlast me. Very easy to put down, you can bend quite significantly if necessary. All in all a brilliant product.

The edging is good quality, and I would imaging it would last for an extremely long time. Sensibly avoiding trying to make it look like something it isn't means it doesn't like like a fake version of a natural product. The reason it only gets three stars is that there is a problem joining the pieces if you are trying to go round a bend (e.g. an oval border. The joining rods are too small and if you join two pieces and then bend them they tend to pop out. The photographs avoid showing a join on a bend, but, in fact, it can't be done neatly (i.e. near invisibly) - you always get an ugly discontinuity. There is a further problem in that if the pegs do not have very solid, undisturbed, ground into which to be hammered, they will not hold the edging where you want it, if it is bent. This is not a problem if you have a well established edge in clay soil, but if you do not have such an edge (e.g. a new border where you have adjusted the shape after initially digging it, or edging over a sloping margin or looser, loamy soil) making a neat curved edge is not possible.

Bordura bella esteticamente e funzionale. Resiste molto bene al taglia bordi. Facile da installare e consente la curvatura. Buon prodotto.
