It really is non-stick, which is more than I can say for some other pans that make the non-stick claim! Dishwasher proof or just as easy to give a quick with soapy water and wipe clean/dry.

Pentola fantastica. Inclusa nella confezione un ricettario molto bello, in spagnolo, col dettaglio di come preparare le tipiche paelle spagnole. La pentola è veramente fantastica, in alluminio antiaderente, fabbricata a Barcellona e garantita a vita. Ottimi iimballaggio e tempi di spedizione precisi come ci ha abituati Amazon. Per gli amanti della paella, padella assolutamente consigliata.

We love these pans. This is the second one I have bought. The first one was a larger size. I know they are for paella, but I use them for everything else frying. The sloped sides making flipping food easier and they don't warp. The only thing is the handles get hot, but you soon learn not to grab without a potholder.

Esta paellera tiene gran calidad. Su capa antiadherente permite que no se peguen los alimentos. Y permite cocinar casi sin aceite lo que ayuda a no añadir calorías a las comidas. Se la puede introducir en el horno teniendo cuidado al sacarla , de protegerse las manos para no quemarse. A Los bordes de afuera les llega menos calor por lo que hay que moverla varias veces para que el arroz se haga en dicha zona.

Su diseño no es el de una Paella normal . Los bordes son demasiado inclinados. Si quieres hacer una Tortilla de Patatas tienes problemas para darle la vuelta
