![Mr. Robot: Season 3 [Blu-ray]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81rVJ3x706L.jpg)

Mr. Robot follows Elliot Alderson (Rami Malek), a cyber-security engineer who, along with Mr. Robot (Christian Slater) and fsociety, starts a revolution to change the world. Picking up immediately following the Season 2 cliffhanger, Season 3 will explore each character's motivations and the disintegration between Elliot and Mr. Robot.Bonus Content:Disc 1 - Mr. Robot Season 3: Deleted ScenesDisc 2 - Mr. Robot Season 3: Deleted ScenesThrough_The_Lens_Of_Episode 3.4Disc 3 - Mr. Robot Season 3: Deleted ScenesGag ReelMr_Robot_S3_A_World_DividedThe_Visual_Style_Of_Mr_Robot Review: Keeps getting weirder, and better (Warning, prior seasons spoilers) - +++Warning, this has spoilers from seasons 1 and 2, but no major season 3 giveaways+++ The third season of Mr. Robot brings the show back into the "real world" after spending much of season 2 in Elliot's head while he was in prison. It is still about the fallout of the 5/9 hack of E corp., as well as setting up a much more massive phase two that was hinted at last season. This season reveals more about the Dark Army and the various operatives they have working for them. It also reveals what Wellick was doing all of season 2 which he was mostly absent for. I will not go into too much of what happens this season because it is hard to do so without giving too much away. I will say that the various characters, even the "good" ones, continue to be morally ambiguous (at best). And some even take a turn for the worse. The extras, for those who get the blu ray, are okay, but not extensive. Deleted scenes for some episodes, a gag reel, and a couple behind the scenes featurettes. It is definitely not a show that will appeal to everyone. But, if you liked the first couple seasons (especially season 1), you will probably like this. You do get the unedited episodes on disc (which basically means the f-word is not bleeped out as it is when it airs on TV), and there is violence, sex, and drug use. And, even though it is set in the past, it does manage to take a few shots at donald trump, whom if you follow the show's creator on Twitter, you know he despises. So if any of that would turn you off to a show, then you probably want to skip this. For everyone else, it is well written and acted, even it is a bit (and sometimes more than a bit) weird. Definitely worth checking out. Review: Damn near perfect. - I’ll start off by saying every season is intense in it’s own way. Gets even better each season. It’s quite amazing to watch everything unfold in front of your eyes. season_3.0 was extremely exciting! I’m a huge fan of the series in general, if you haven’t watched it before I’d say just give it a try. I believe Evil Corp. is as real as it gets from reality. “Control is an illusion” If you’re involved in this world we live in, you should watch all the seasons. You’ll see the connections.

The saga continues
Took the chance and bought season 3 too. Rami Malek is incredibly talented and continues his mesmerizing portrayal of Elliot in season 3. Season 3 portrays the consequences of the hack in season 2 with Elliot trying to undo the mess that resulted. While I know people can intentionally hurt themselves this series goes several steps beyond a personality inflicting intentional personal bodily harm to where Elliot appears to be flung around by an invisible attacker. As a RN that has worked in Mental Health I can honestly say I have never witnessed this in patients with DID (disassociate identity disorder). Can only speculate where Sam Esmail is going to take season 4 (the final season). I fear there is a gruesome end in sight for poor, tortured Elliot. I keep praying for Rami as this series is incredibly disturbing and dark and Rami does not take on any acting role by half measures. He's one of those all-or-nothing actors

Powerful, gripping and suspenseful
I love this series. I must admit I was skeptical after being so disappointed with season 2 but season 3 bounced back with a vengeance. Rami Malek truly is in his element playing split personalities Elliot and Mr. Robot. Once again the edge and suspense is back and truly a powerful storyline.

Sam Esmail is the genius writer/director of this show and he deserves all the plaudits that come for this show. Third season, and i was apprehensive before it came out, would it live up to the incredible standards set during the first season. The second season didn't quite reach it, but having said that, it was still very very good. The third season is simply riveting. New characters, like Irving (Bobby Cannavale) light up the show, like Dom (Grace Gummer) last season, are wholly suited to this expanding story line, and don't feel like a lazy writer move at all. This is a show that isn't as talked about as the Breaking Bad's and the Stranger things of this world, and i think that this is a good thing. I love that a show of this ultra high calibre is only has a 'medium' level following, because simply, it's not for everyone, a cerebral show if ever there was one. Rami Malek might have a big problem after this show is finished, because he inhabits the 'troubled' Elliot to such an extent that it is truly difficult to see him in anything else. If this goes to five seasons, and keeps this level of entertainment, then it will truly be a classic television show. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
