Ultra Adult Diaper Briefs

These diapers are awesome. Very absorbent and comfortable. I can go out for a long outing. And no worries of leaks. They are also great for over night. They perfrom as good as diapers costing more. Im very happy with them. The cons. I had a few split in the back. Update i figured out how to put them on. Snug enough not to split. They are performing great now.

These are absolutely by far the best overnight diaper I have used. They never leak no matter what volume of liquid I empty into them at night. they have some special material that really absorbs & protects with odor. I used them when I had a hip replacement so I wouldn’t have to get my husband out of bed at night to help me into the bathroom. You don’t notice the wetness that much either, they have some kind of wicking property. It is so wonderful that my husband and I can sleep uninterrupted all through the night. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the diaper is it took so long to receive them. A few years ago I had an ankle replacement & I was able to get them in a couple of days. If you know you are going to need them ahead of time I would order them right away. It took me 8 days to get them last time. I have tried many other brands & these are the best. They also have adjustable tabs which are much easier to get on and off than the pull on type, which are much less absorbent too. I am 5’ 3/4” & weigh 95 lbs. & wear the medium. & they work fine, although I may be able to wear a small. I’ve never tried, since I’m so happy with these.

Got these for an amazing bargain! ($4.99/bag of 15!) They are extremely thick and absorbant💦. They are cloth-backed which makes them a little more comfortable, but also potentially prone to eventual soak-through! The only problem I noticed is with the fit. 📏 The lack of elastic causes the rear waistband to droop, even when dry, and I keep having to pull it up! They only come in white so color isn't a factor. They are durable 💪🏼 enough to not fall apart when being worn all day ☀️and through the night 🌙.

I had used them for a while, but got annoyed by the way you put them on / kind of weak stickers on the sides. So instead tried all other famous brands that look like and get put on like regular underwear. No types and brands that I tried are as absorbant and dry as these things. So went back to these, not sure what they are made of but absorbancy is awesome!!!

These diapers are HUGE with way too much extra material at the ends! And there are only two tapes per side which makes it very hard to attach them in a way that will contain anything or protect bedding. They might be okay for an extremely large person but I will be using these as extra pads under my husband. and not ordering more.

I have a back injury that has caused me to become incontinent. I hoped that the tabs would make these pads easier to fit because, even thought there are many brands and sizes it is still hard to get a fit that doesn't leak. I ordered a size large for my size 18 body and they are plenty big. I really had to become creative when it came to getting the 8 inch wide crotch area into my normal 2/3 inch crotch area... Sitting on all those folds was really hard since I had intense nerve pain running down both legs and it just had to go where those heavy folds were. I was already at my wits end by time the pads had arrived so the fact that the company had a really nice video helped immensely. The fit wasn't great but they really absorb. Like full bladder absord. And no leaks. They have a little elastic flap around the legs that is helpful. I think they should add the elastic around the waist. This diaper would be absolutely perfect for a bedriddent patient.

We started using these for long travel events where well, we couldn't do a change easily or at all. They worked well for those occasions. When my work schedule changed and I couldn't be around to help they became a necessity. Other so-called ultra-absorbent pads would not hold up, if you know what I mean. The latter are fine for most use but not longer work day plus commute time. Used with a light coat of protective ointment such as Welmedix Fragile Skin Protective Ointment, your loved one's skin will be well taken care of. Stretch is 4 stars simply due to the fact that they are bulkier than your normal pads and therefore, not as stretchy.

I ride a recumbent trike and even though the diapers save me money, I like the pull up pants even more. I’m getting better with the diapers using the wall method, but I still like the convenience of the pull up pants even more. It’s worth the extra money to use the pull up pants They both keep me dry, collect the waste (pee) and both are very tough, and I don’t have to stop and pee in the bushes. I like the pull up pants and my trike even more now! By the way, those sticky tabs really work well. I’ve had to re-adjust them several times and they really do work well.

Highly recommended. They can endure a lot. Proven many times, even with a bowel movement. Very comfortable and easy to put on. All "Cotton feels" stretch after a while, including this one. Therefore pull a pair of underpants over it so that nothing slips. Very good for the night. If you have a lot of urine, simply insert an extra pad (Abri Let). I'm very satisfied.

These are massive and not useful for people with active life.
