Great for detox
Iโve been using it for a week now as a binder, together with wormwood, black walnut, and clove, for a parasite detox or prophylaxis, since I am a bit hypochondriacal. I have noticed less bloating and more stable stools. They are easy to swallow and effective, especially after casual drinking; I can feel the difference. It's a great value for money since they state its high-purity activated charcoal with no aluminum. Will definitely buy again once itโs finished.

Might be able to detox the body from harmful foods/medicine/supplements.
These reduce the absorption of medicine, food, and other chemicals when taken. I personally use it to limit the chemical intake of my sports supplements, as they can be overpowering and contain chemicals that are bad for the body. This product can help with such reduction in toxins I take in, basically to help alleviate the damage I get from some foods/supplements/medicines that can do to me, such as foods that bloat, or food poisoning. Dosage is 1-6 capsules per day before or just after a meal depending on the severity of the issue. 6 is the max dose of 350 each x6 = 2100mg. Quantity is low for the max dose vs price. Took couple stars out for low quantity for 6 capsules, for the max dose vs value for money, and also negligible heavy metals in the capsules, I do believe it works for less bloating, but just isn't worth the value, currently 15 quid.

It is excellent. It does exactly what it should do. It works for any tummy problem s. Obviously check with your doctor if you are unsure to take it.
