Plate Holders Organizer Upright Metal Dish Storage Dying Rack for Kitchen Counter Cabinet Cupboard Camper (White - Plate Rack)

These sturdy racks really allow compact storage of dishes. The small rack holds eight plates and four bowls - all my dinner dishes - in about a quarter of the previous shelf space. The large one holds serving bowls and small platters. I had expected to need a third rack, but everything (admittedly, not a lot) fits in these two. What makes these racks different from others is that the dishes are sideways, so they're easily accessible inside a cabinet. I've gained cabinet space, but more important the dishes are so much easier to access. I live in an RV, and I've been stacking dishes with non-slip foam in between. I may continue to use the foam when we move, but this will be a lot more convenient.

Super sturdy, and with silicone-coated holding bars, one plate can be removed from the holder without the rest sliding down. I put 10 dinner plates in the bigger one and 10 salad plates in the smaller one. Wish they made a matching set to store cereal bowls and saucers!

Great product to keep your plates from taking up too much room. It really took out room from my cabinet. Already assembled so I just washed it, put it in my cabinet and started organizing. Only reason it’s getting a 4 is because $25 might be too much for it, maybe $15. I mean, it got the job done & I already bought it but it’s a pretty simple tool I could have probably been able to get it cheaper somewhere else.

I have Corelle dishes that I use in my trailer, a set of four pieces and I wanted a safe way to store them. I ordered this holder and it works perfectly. The last trip was 500 miles and over some very rough non-improved roads and I had no problems with the dishes at all!!! Secondary bonus, this uses less room in the cabinets and since cabinet space is always at a premium in a trailer, great bonus feature!!! I would highly recommend this product if you have a need to organize your dishes, keep them quiet, and keep them safe.

PRO: sturdy metal frame. Simple. CON: (1) Large one places dinner dishes too high for old fashioned cabinets with unmovable shelves, unless you use the very bottom shelf. As the picture shows, the dish bottoms could be lower, to lessen the height. (2) Even then, you have to take a lot of care to remove a plate, as the slippery surface of the resin coating allows all the other dishes to slide. (3) In fact, it is only stable if you load it completely. You can't have just one or two dishes in it. (3) Because it is not affixable to the surface, the whole rack moves when you load and unload it. SUGGESTIONS: Lower the bottom center piece. Use a more rubbery surface on the side and middle bars to hold the dishes more securely. Add tabs with screw holes to allow fixing to surface. Add a way to connect two or more racks to further stabilize.

This is exactly what I needed to use in my camper. My plates stay in place and take up very little space. Highly recommend.

The product was great and I would have given it a 5 straight across. However the small one had rubber guards on the top area to protect my glass bowls but the large one did not so there was no protection for my plates. I find that unusual and would not have bought them had I known this since it was bought for my RV. I ended up wrapping a paper towel around it and then taping it down. I could have saved myself some money and bought a cheap one and done the same thing.

I should have trusted other reviews saying this product won’t fit standard cabinets. I’m able to move the shelves but doing so would put the higher one completely out of my reach. If you have the space then worth a try.

In caravan cupboard for plates

The large size one is good. Been using it since it arrived. The smaller one... Grrr. Was bent. Meaning, instead on sitting level on my kitchen countertop, one out of four of the base "floats". Which drove me nuts. So I can't use it. Blame it on OCD but there was no quality control. So I paid for 1 piece which can be used (which is really nice) and paid for a useless piece which is now in my store (which is really disappointing).

Works great in my caravan where space is a premium!
