I originally purchased this mat in Dec 2024. After using it for several weeks, I noticed that it didn't always light up and that the plug where it attached to the mat was hot. It was just a couple of days out of the return window, but I went ahead and called Amazon anyway, since the mat has a warranty. They connected me with the seller through messaging, and I was sent a brand new mat. The Amazon rep, Guru, even called me back a few days later to see if my issue was resolved. Rikimxin_Official was easy to work with, especially their rep Liya. Since receiving the new mat, I have noticed that the design has been changed, so maybe they saw this issue and corrected it. Overall, I am very happy with my mat (headed a sprained ankle with it) and very happy with the customer service!

I’ve had it 3 days, and am happy with it so far. I injured my knee, and it lacks collagen now. I was experiencing nerve pain going down the same leg. I first applied the Red Light Therapy Pad around my knee. It got warm and relieved the pain. Yesterday, I applied it to my lower back in addition. It relieved the nerve pain that I had experienced.. today, I applied it from my lower back all the way up to my neck. It was then, my nose cleared, and I felt more air exchange all the way to my lungs. My upper respiratory breathing felt more clear than it had in years. Time will tell how long that lasts, but I’m happy to do it every day. I can use it anywhere. I feel pain in my trunk or limbs. It is quick and easy to use. For what it does, it’s very economical. This was working fine for months. Then literally right at the one year mark it suddenly wont work. At all. Convenient. I hate companies who make things to fail right as the warranty expires.

red light therapy is a known benefit. this one mat covers a wide area of leg and hip or hip and back, etc.

At the time of this order, I had a mini dachshund who had hurt her back. She subsequently had back surgery and is now at home recovering. Although I'd ordered this for my own personal use, I'm currently using it on her back to aid in the healing process. It has been very simple to use on her. I just drape it over her back. I can't even begin to tell you how great this NIR and IR light device has been. Both of us (me and the dog!) have back problems. This device brings a lot of relief from my back pain and I'm hoping it is doing the same for my little dachshund!
